Perfect Fit for My 2004 Mustang's 4-Button Key Fob - Fixes the Broken Ring Issue!
I bought this silicone protective cover specifically because the plastic ring on my original 2004 Ford Mustang key fob had broken off, making it impossible to attach to a key chain without risking loss. This sleeve solved the problem perfectly. The fit is spot-on for the 4-button remote (common on many early-2000s Fords like the Mustang). It slides on easily—no tools needed—and stays securely in place without slipping off during daily use. The silicone material feels durable and grippy, adding a bit of protection against drops and scratches. The buttons remain fully accessible and easy to press; there's no added resistance or mushiness. Importantly, I've tested it multiple times (locking/unlocking from various distances), and there's zero signal interference—the remote works just as reliably as before. This was a cheap, simple fix that restored full functionality to my key fob. If your older Mustang (or similar Ford) has the matching 4-button fob and you're dealing with a broken ring or just want extra protection, this is a solid choice. My only complaint is the silicone material will pick up every piece of lint in your pockets and just sitting around on your desk.

Does a wonderful job of holding key fob
I worry a bit about it tearing because its silicone but so far its been pretty sturdy. Its a life saver though. Better than replacing the whole keyfob just because the key ring hole broke.
