I bought this product after researching homeopathic supplements for managing rheumatoid arthritis/lupus. I've suffered from autoimmune issues in the past, a hyper-thyroid and I'm a firm believer in going the natural route if possible. I currently take CoQ10 with hawthorn berry, vitamin D and curcumin 95 but following hip replacement surgery it seemed that my pain and stiffness increased in my lower back/hip, hands and feet. My current supplement regimen just wasn't doing the trick. Then I discovered Wellspring's Organic Omega 3's-Vegan Parent Essential Oils-No Fish Essential Fatty Acids-Organic Turmeric Veggie Caps and Now Brand's Cat's Claw and WOW! What a difference! Adding these two supplements has given me back a quality of life I didn't think I'd experience again. The pain in my lower back/hip is GONE and my hands and feet significantly less painful and stiff and it's only been 4 days! Each day my hands and feet feel a bit better.
