You never know what something is going to really be like until you get your hands on it sometimes, and this pin is was like that for me. It's huge! I had a Star Trek pin much like this one years ago, but somewhere along the way I lost it, and it was an appropriate size, from what I remember, until I got this one and took it out of the package. I know it says 2 inches, but you don't really realize how, ahem, big 2 inches is until something like this gives you a different perspective on things. The one I had years ago seemed small compared to this one.Very solid build.Great price.I like that it has 2 pins on the back to secure it in place instead of just one.I recommend this to all my nerdy, geeky Star Trek fan friends :D

NIce heavy sturdy full size lapel pin, has a blemish scrape rub mark that will not polish off, but still a nice pin...

Love this version of the com badge! I have a magnetic one, but this one doesn't fall off because of the pins it has. I don't have any worries when I wear my hat around town, because I know the badge will stay on. Great size and looks great against my black Fedora. Live Long and Prosper.
