The sound on this is great and it’s one of the most compact and light travel practice kits I’ve ever come across! There’s a lot of great options to mix up your practice and sound as well - so easy to customize to what you need.

I bought this product hoping that I could learn to play a musical instrument without the noise or disruption in my house. We have a toddler and the last thing we want is for her to get ahold of real drums and bang away or to wake her up while she is sleeping! Anyhow, I didn’t really know what to expect when I received it but was optimistic since I researched the brand on found them heavily backed on Kickstarter. After sometime with the product, I can honestly say I am thrilled with this purchase! Recently, I have started to take the drumsticks with me when I travel for business and it has become such a fun learning experience for me. Now, I am watching Youtube videos and really working on my technique and have even started recording! Although, I am not bold enough to share my sets with anyone yet. HA!Receipt and Set-up:- Set-up: The set-up took a bit longer then expected. However, after reading the instructions a bit more carefully, which has always been a weakness of mine, the process went much smoother.- App and Garage Band: The product requires that you download a free app but it also works with GarageBand. The app install was quick and easy and is really very simple to navigate. After I calibrated my sticks, I assigned certain products to the drum kit- the drum pad it came with and my book- and it linked to the small started drum set they suggested and I started playing. Initially, I had a hard time with the drumsticks losing calibration after a few minutes. However, there is now a reminder on my app that tells me to push the buttons on the sensors to re-calibrate and since then it has worked great!

Perfect for practicing anywhere! All you need is a phone/iPad and the sticks with sensors. You can start as a beginner up to advanced and add everything you need for a full drum kit. All while not bothering anyone around you with the noise.

Easy app download and within a few minutes we were connected. I have never explored drumming and really enjoyed the experience. My son has been in drum line, yet has never had a set at home. We are now rocking without the space required, as well as a bit of peace and quiet when used with headphones. A wired connection was the best experience.
