GenuTrain - Knee Brace - Targeted Support for Pain Relief and Stabilization of The Knee, Provides Relief of Weak, Swollen, and Injured Knees- Size 3 - Color Black

I needed something to stabilize my knee after an old ACL surgery started to flare up. I bought a few different stabilizing sleeves and this one is by far the most comfortable, breathable, and provides the most pain relief. The sizing is more nuanced, so you gotta get it right, but once you do it stays in place without the need of tight bands or skin irritating silicon like the others. I initially ordered three different sizes before landing on size 4. The knee donut has nubs that do something beneficial and I can tell a difference. My second pic shows the Bauerfeind GenuTrain next to the NEENCA which doesn’t have the nubs and uses silicon banding to hold it up. It’s more expensive but I can wear it all day, so for me it’s worth it. It takes awhile to air dry fully, though, so not great for working out. I got the sports version from Bauerfeind and while not as comfortable, dries much quicker.

This has been an amazing support for allowing me to stay fairly active this summer while I was for surgery on a pretty bad meniscus tear. The quality is superb. The knitted construction is really soft, but stays really snug and hasn’t stretched out (and I’ve been wearing it almost every day for two months). The compression feels great, and it’s honestly easy to forget I have it on. I ran a 12k with it and didn’t have to adjust it once. Yes, it has a significantly higher price tag. But I’d also argue it’s 10x better than all the other braces I’d tried in the past. Forget those with Velcro or other tightening systems - just get one of these.

The first one I purchased was too small but the next size up was perfect. Really stabilized my knee but flexible and clean.

These knee sleeves are a must-buy. On an injured knee, they enabled me to complete a 3-day, 45 mile hike in the alps, covering over 11,000 feet of elevation gain and loss. Each step was supported, and recovery was amplified while resting. Had I not purchased them, I might still be stuck in the alps. I would recommend them to anyone.

It’s comfortable and I’m glad I got the sizing right, it fits well. I’m giving it 4 stars because I feel like it is overpriced though.

If you're like me you probably tried every version of an CHEAP knee brace you could find. You've tried: - the weird off brand cheap knee brace you saw at CVS/Walgreens when you went in there really just to grab a bag of Cheetos - the name brand but not really a name brand knee sleeve at target next to the chapstick you actually went there for - a legitimate neoprene sports type knee sleeve that works great but doesn't breath at all, makes your leg sweat, and more importantly starts to smell real funky after a while - the bionic knee sleeve with all sorts of weird metal parts that you thought would help but end up just being really awkward and bulky I think you get the point. As someone who has semi-regular knee pain from an old injury that actually required surgery when I was doing my research Bauerfeind kept showing up on a regular basis. When I saw the price I was fortunate to have a few ziplock bags in my cabinet and some free ninety nine ice in my freezer and decided to go that route instead. With that said eventually I decided I needed to give these a try and luckily I had a few $$$ in my HSA/FSA account to cover the purchase of a GenuTrain knee brain. 10/10. Straight up. This is the only knee brace I've worn that I feel like actually HELPS. It's incredibly comfortable. It doesn't slip or ride up or down. It's decently breathable unless you engage in moderate physical activity. Most importantly my knee ACTUALLY FEELS BETTER when I am wearing this. I don't know what sort of black magic is impregnated in this sleeve and I don't care lol. Obviously do your due diligence and get the sizing correct. I actually emailed Bauerfeind's customer service and they got back to me very quickly so don't be afraid to reach out. This brace is so good I bought another one because I didn't want to wear the first one out too quickly and be left without one. Based off my personal experience I have recommended this knee sleeve to multiple people with knee issues. It just works and when you consider all the cheaper alternatives you'll buy before you finally settle on this one it will probably be about the same $$$. 10/10 Would recommend and have already bought again.

Seems durable and provides good support. The only issue I had is with the sizing. I measured my thigh and calf following the instructions. I was really close between 2 sizes (3 and 3c) and ordered the smaller one not wanting it to be loose and then slip down. Turned out, it was too tight, so I returned that one and ordered the 3c. It's still quite snug leaving marks on my leg from the material when wearing it. I'm going to keep it hoping it will stretch a bit, and for now, I will only wear it for limited periods at a time. For the cost, I wish the sizing was better.

I train BJJ and this is by far the best knee brace I’ve used. Not too restricting like the Andacoda brace, but still gives you enough support while training. It’s true to size and stays in place during training. Definitely recommend!

J'ai déjà plusieurs autres genouillère (depuis la laine pour réchauffer en confort jusqu'à celles très renforcées pour musculation renforcée. Celles-ci procurent un très bon maintien pour activité sportive courante. Accessoirement, elles sont trop épaisses au niveau du genou pour être portées sous un jean. use it everyday at work and at home, keeps my knee more stable ,post surgery.

以前は 保険適用品でしたが、今は対象外になりました。値段は高いですけど医療現場のお墨付きでサイズ選びさえ間違えなければとても膝に良いと思います。夏場に蒸れないようにこのタイプを購入しました。 つけるのとつけないのとでは大違いですよ。 でも結局のところ、毎日長時間歩くとか、走ったりするなど膝を使いすぎてしまえば、当然 膝は痛みます。

Ich habe mich genau an die Anleitung zur Bestimmung der richtigen Größe gehalten. Daher passt die Kniebandage sehr gut und ist sehr angenehm zu tragen. Die Stützfunktion ist sehr gut, und ich kann mittlerweile fast schmerzfrei gehen, auch ohne irgendwelche Salben zu benutzen.
