I mainly bought this for my husband because his sleep has been restless. He will wake up a couple of hours before he needs to and can't go back to sleep. I started him on this a few nights ago and it worked wonders. He said he has slept good since taking. He takes 2 dropper fulls an hr before he goes to bed and doesn't wake up groggy. It tastes good too. I took a dose to see for myself and I have to say I had a wonderful nights sleep!

This lemon balm is the best. It tastes great is very potent. The bottle is a good size and the price is great compared to others. I just bought another brand that was recommended to me and it was more expensive, in a smaller bottle, almost clear and tasted like nothing. I will not be experimenting with any other brands, This one is the best!

I was unsure what to expect. However, I had read that a lemon balm tincture could help relieve stress, and is good for the liver. It tastes like a sweet tea extract, which is not unpleasant. I do seem to be sleeping better. I don't know how to gauge other things but I have been taking it twice a day.
