Dixon Alloy C Tin Whistle

Works well. Quality craftsmanship. It sounds nice and is in tune. Worth the price in my opinion.

I originally bought the Brass DX204 which is in the Key of D, I liked it so much I decided to get this whistle. This is also a great whistle, a bit lighter being aluminum but a nice bright tone as well and a solid feel.This is tuneable which is nice, I am very new at this instrument but I really enjoy it and I hope I can be good at this some day. Practice is really the key and this is a great whistle for any beginner and experienced players as well.If you want to hear tin whistle in musical context go to YouTube and check out the band Eluveitie, they got me interested in the instrument and it is something to aspire to, at least for me.

It's tuneable and sounds great. Now I just have to learn where the notes are...hard to rethink after playing a whistle in D.
