Buyer beware
This item came with no directions for assembly no return information no bill of sale. It also came with no pulley or ability to be used as illustrated. If you are like me and required to do physical therapy due to shoulder injury. This is not the item for you. The frustration of trying to figure out how it is to be used is monumental. 15 minutes after delivery I am on the phone returning said piece of trash.
