Still getting used to it...
With nerve damage in both arms and occasional carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome that have been crippling at times, ergonomically, this is an awesome mouse and a life saver. It immediately relieved a great deal of pain issues and continues to do so.The instructions say that the weight is gauged for perfect usage, but I removed half the removable weights for more ease of use - for my feel. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because I still find it a little sticky when it comes to precisely positioning the cursor. I have changed the pointer speed several times to try to find the perfect spot, but have discovered the issue is do to a little drag on the bottom surface. I do a lot of highlight/copy/paste and so being able to quickly and precisely point the cursor exactly where I need it is important to me.That said, the comfort of how it cradles my hand is wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone with nerve or tunnel issues.

I love this Handshoe Mouse!
3/5/2017 Follow-up after more use. If you are a lefty, this is as far as I can tell your only left-hand specific wireless mouse. I wore out the plastic rub-feet on my previous one and ordered a replacement last month. I think a key to fast and dependable use is plug the little USB dongle as close to the mouse as possible. Like into the side or back of your monitor, many have USB ports.8/29/2015 Follow-up after two years use- The first one lasted a year and died. Replacement was DOA, the replacement after that one won't hold a charge after six weeks. Manufacturer has reached out to me to replace, so that is good service that I appreciatePrevious comment: I love this Handshoe Mouse! Only used it for about 24 hours but I already know I *really* like it. Being a lefty, my mouse hand was always twisted up on a "normal" mouse. It took me a very short time to become used to this Handshoe. I'd recommend it to any lefty who uses the computer a lot. Two-thumbs up!

Stopped working
I purchased this mouse in May as a backup to my original one purchased over 2 years ago. It has been sitting on the shelf until my original mouse died. Put it in service and lasted for a day or so and then started not holding a battery charge. Plugged it in and used it for a day or so and the same thing happened. Now even plugged in, the blue light doesn't work neither does the mouse. I believe it is defective but since I purchased it (even though I didn't use it), I now have a paper weight. I will go back to my original source because they backup their product and offer returns for a year.

it stopped working after two weeks :(
The mouse is great, then it just stopped working two weeks later, even when fully charged. I'm returning it, glad they will take it back. Disappointing, because it was a great mouse otherwise.

Good for hand but mouse speed is too fast
It is very comfortable, but the inherent mouse speed is very fast, which makes precision difficult. I use Chrome OS, and the mouse settings for speed do not go low enough for this mouse.

I have 5 of these, 2 of which have broken in around a year of use. They help me but quality has room for improvement. I buy them assuming they will only last a few months. :)

Three Stars
This item is little pricey, but works week and fits well on my left hand.

Not responsive and hard to use
This mouse is sold as being ergonomic but it is not responsive and therefore useless because I become extremely tense trying work with any graphics. I plan to send this back and simply have not yet had time to do so. A very big disappointment.
