What a very nice quiche pan. I already use this pan to make a broccoli and cheddar quiche and it came out wonderful. What a pleasure to clean. I highly recommend this item

I don’t usually write reviews, but...I gave 3 stars due to the finish. I decided to spend a little more on this quiche dish & a bit disappointed that there is a huge wave on the bottom surface finish. The rest looks perfect but for $29, I would think it would all be perfect.Haven’t used it yet - I’m sure it’s will be fine & defect will not have any effect on food. Too much hassle to send it back. If I was in a store, I would not have chosen this dish & moved on to one with less imperfections.

Great for a smaller quiche!

My dish arrived in perfect condition and works great for making Quiche. I sprayed cooking spray in it before I added the other ingredients and I had no difficulty washing it afterwards.
