Thermal Receipt Printer TSP650 TSP651 POS

I received the printer after 1 week even though I paid for next day shipping and when I opened the box the printer did not come with a power cord so I am not able to use this product. When I contacted the seller they told me that it was a problem with the manufacturer and it I wanted to return it I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee.No where did it say that the power cord was not included, this is a scam, please never buy from this company!!!

This thing is useless it needs to be connected to an old type of port which new computers dont have and there is no card (discontinued) for this thing to work with a new computer. If you have an old computer like 15 years or so buy it, if not do not bother this thing is not compatible with new computers. It should say this is a very old version of the printer. Buy this same model but new version, which is compatible with new computers.

I had the same problem with not having a power cord. Then after ordering the power cord (another $20 + shipping) I realized that this printer does not have an ethernet port. On top of that, there is no adapter that will make it work, so I now have to spend another $170 to order the swappable ethernet interface. Useless crap.
