i bought Jerusalem by sami and ottolenghi and loved and cooked most of its recipes it made me realize a palastinian cousine is way more than Manaeesh and zaatar and was abit hesitate about getting falastine book, thought it might be a repitition of something that i already have. buts its Not am glad i bought it. it complete the journey and adds alot of healthy, simple, uncomplicated recipes that has alot of soul in it.

This beautiful cookbook is filled with lovely Mediterranean recipes that are delicious! The recipes take some time to prepare (you'll be chopping lots of fresh herbs) but well worth the effort and time. You won't be disappointed. The book also includes a wonderful account of Palestinian cooking and photos.
