Love the bag but it will not fit my Remington 700 with atlas bipod and Vortex Razor. This would be perfect for a smaller hunting setup that’s not so beefy. The main body is basically a giant draw string bag which needs access from the top. I prefer the zip open style but again, I’m not disappointed. The quality is impressive and better than I anticipated. I managed to somewhat fit the rifle inside without the bipod and wow. A 20+ pound rifle feels like 5 pounds in this thing. There is heavily ventilated mesh sewn in that sits between you and the backpack so the rifle doesn’t doesn’t dig into your back. Overall I am very pleased with the style, comfort, and quality! I would buy again.

Bought it for my nephew that rides dirt bikes back in the mountains. Works good, and is well made

Diffucult to use with large scopes that have target knobs.Will not work with large mags like 10rd AICS but will work with 5.However the convienience and comfort trumps these minor flaws. You are not going to find one better.

Great bag the reason for four stars is the waist belt isnt long enough instead of the molle being at your side it's at your back the belt works great molle just to far back they do make a longer one on thier site you can order

I had my rifle clipped into my backpack during hunting season this year and missed my chance at shooting a record MONSTER elk. Never again.This pack is AMAZING!! I have a HUGE 300 Winn mag with a MONSTER tactical scope- it fits the rifle perfectly. Easy to draw out. Tried it with all my rifles and shotguns. All fit. All easily drawn with gun on the back. LOVE this pack.

Love the rifle sleeve close to the body and the stuff sack concept is 10x better than lots of zippers. Did a western hunt with heavy rifle in the sleeve with no effort. I was hesitant to purchase due to cost but highly highly recommend.

Just bought my second Eberlestock pack. Went w the Gunrunner this time. Have had the g4 operator. Can't beat the quality and well thought out design. Thanks for making a great pack.My only complaint about Eberlestock is that first wash of their hat wore off the velcro so i can no longer wear it. Shame too, I liked that hat.

I love this backpack. First impression was how well built this pack is. All the stitching and zipper pulls are very sturdy. The color was a bit darker than the picture but it blends quite well in desert brush, so no complaints there. With the pack loaded with my tent, ar-15, ammo, and hear it was very comfortable. As an Eagle Scout I've been on a 50 mile trek with another internal frame pack, but the eberlestock knocks my old pack out of the water! It is extremely comfortable and I love the molle accessories. I purchased everything from optics planet and I'm very happy with their service. Only complainant is that usps tracking was never updated, us postal services fault.
