Measure your lower portion of your thigh to be sure it will fit properly. It helped stabilize my knee.

Snug but not too tight. I use it for when I ride my bike, helps with knee soreness.

Wear them when I need and the support is great.

Ordered two, size large / extra large… my coworker recommended them too me as we have similar knee pain issues and he swears these are the best in support for what we do for 10 hrs a day, five days a week.He has the S/M and they are for smaller/ skinner legs for sure .. lolNo way someone with thighs of a decent size will fit- hence why I went with L/XLI am a fit 160lb female- anyways, when they both arrived - one was fine looking and the other looked like it has been used and the part that goes on the thigh has been majorly stretched out..not sure if it was a return and the company just re boxed it or it was made this way.. it fits looser and so it won’t stay up all day.. the other one slides down a little bit, the grippy stuff isn’t so great.Like I mentioned before, I have my sleeves on for 10 hrs a day due to my type of work.So it does get annoying when I have to pull them up 4-5 times a day..My coworker adjusts his a few times a day as well ..As for the support- they feel good and my knees aren’t on fire and throbbing at the end of the day, especially on the days I have too jog or run across a rd or something.They do feel odd at first under pants and with shorts.The scent of menthol isn’t too strong either..So perhaps worth a try and hope they work for you!As I’ll continue to use them and see how it goes.
