AtmosFX Hollusion Projection Material, Grey, 5.5 x 9 ft

I have been searching for the right projection material and kept running into issues where the piece of fabric wasn't quite the size I wanted or had hot spots. This fabric works great. My projection material does have a visible line through it near the center - although this was disappointing, the screen is still a great addition to our Halloween display. I have a removable fence panel that I removed and put in a frame for the projection material. I then used clips to attach to the projection material. Presa 61000 Heavy Duty Tarp Clips, Black, 4-Piece One note, is if you use clips like the ones I purchased, make sure the screen material doesn't get down too deep in the clip as it can get caught in the screw that closes the clip. This has worked great in my yard - the projection material is a good weight and stretches nicely.

I purchased the projector plus SD card from their website, but this screen was cheaper here on Amazon. I made a frame out of PVC, set it over wooden stakes pounded into the ground, zip ties holding the frame to metal trellises. Mother Nature was a real witch this year in Rhode Island, but the rain and wind stopped long enough for a fewe hours of fun for the kids. The images at night looked great in the yard, and also in the window. If you use the projector in a picture window, try a white bedsheet first and see how you like it, but this material works great in the yard.

This material works quite well as a see-through screen. It was heavier and stretchier than I was expecting. That's actually a good thing because it makes it easy to keep wrinkles to a minimum. My only negative for this was that the grommets are not spaced very well. I had built a frame to hang this on and after I got all the hooks in place for the grommets everything was fine. I took it back down off the frame and when I went to hook it back up, I had to make sure it was hanging exactly the same way it was before. If I reversed it, the grommets did not line up with the hooks and I ended up with sagging material in some places and over-stretched material in other places.

I love this, and halloween was so much better with this projection materials and the videos from Atmosfx, but do NOT hang this is up at the last minute and expect to put on a good show. You will need to experiement with the lighting. Make sure you have objects in the background and those are well lit to sell the effect. We made this work indoors, but it took a lot of time to get it right, and we couldn't put it where we wanted because of the lighting. I think this grey fabric may be for outdoors, so do your research on that. Still, the whole thing was very cool and this material is very easy to hang with the included fish eye holes.

Worked out great as a screen. There are no grommets to be able to attach it to anything so we just tied the corners in knots and slipped the knot into the screw that was attached to the walls. This did not damage the material which is very light, like a pair of tights for leggings would be. Worked out great for projecting my Halloween Digital Ghosts on. The only thing I can think of that would improve this product would be the addition of Grommets or some sort of border which would allow you to attach the material to a wall so you don't have to improvise. At over $50, it was expensive.

I purchased this product as a second screen for my Halloween Project. I have owned my original one for 2 years now, and have strictly used it for an outdoors projector screen. I gotta say that this product is quality, and has stood up to the elements as well as years of putting up and taking down. Great elasticity as well, to help keep the screen taught.

I bought this in Oct 2019, but this is my first time using it. Works well, but 50% of the grommets already ripped off the material.

This material worked great for what I needed. It is not as transparent as I thought it would be, but put some spider webs around the sides and it looked great. I back projected scary images and all the neighbors loved it!

Very fast delivery! Ordered on Sunday, shipped from the UK and received on Tuesday in France! Great product! We just love the holograms we created :-) My 3 year old son doesn't fear ghosts anymore. He loves them! Well, we chose the cutest ghost videos we found on atmosfx website :-)

Sehr gute Qualität. Funktioniert super. Hatte seinen Einsatz an Halloween. Letztes Jahr hatte ich für meine Atmosfx Beamershow ein weißes großes Moskitonetz genommen. Das hat auch gut funktioniert. Im Vergleich dazu ist dieses Orginale von Atmosfx um einiges besser noch und man kann die Hologramme sehr gut erkennen. Es ist robust und hat eine sehr gute und praktische Ösenaufhängung die das Aufhängen erleichtert. Die Grösse ist perfekt und wirklich relativ gross. Es ist zwar etwas teurer aber das Orginal lohnt sich wirklich. Alle waren an Halloween über die Atmosfx Beamershow begeistert.

Works well with the projector, have a netting that was cheaper and does the same thing. Would shop around.

Excellent quality and work well. Good size so it will appear really real.

Looove this material....looks amazing and that was in daylight because I couldn’t wait to try it. I’ve tried so many others but you can see the quality and difference when you get it. The eyelets already in the material are fab, and it stretches too. Material just disappears.
