Saw - 8 Film Collection [Blu-ray]

Great films good to see them again but the last film jigsaw was unable to play on my dvds it's area code yet all other in the box set were ok so will have to buy jigsaw film seperate

Great for the price, works on UK region players. Arrived in just 5 days from USA!

The packaging wasn't great, looked like it had been bumped about a bit or used rather than brand new. Inside the box the disks had all become loose and weren't on their spindles. One of the spindles had actually cracked and there were little pieces of broken blue plastic inside the box. I tried a few to test them and noticed the blu-ray version of Saw VIII wouldn't work due to mismatched region. At least now I know the "region free" blu-ray player I bought from Amazon isn't actually region-free, at least not for blu-rays. The DVD version of Saw VIII that's also included worked fine, and I'm not too bothered personally as Saw VIII is my least favorite of the set anyway. I also tested the blu-ray containing Saw 2-4 which worked fine and as Saw 1-7 all had the same disk design I'm guessing those will be okay as well. Disk 1 has Saw 1 & 2, Disk 2 has Saw 3 & 4 & 5, Disk 3 has Saw 6 and 7. Disk 4 (the region locked one) has a different design and is just Saw 8. There are also 5 DVDs with Saw 1 and Saw 8 on their own disk and 2 movies on each of the others. The blu-rays use a Dolby Digital soundtrack though the one I tried (Saw 3) actually used Dolby Digital EX. The Saw 8 blu-ray is supposedly Atmos but that was the region locked one. Still, 8 movies at this price isn't a bad deal.

Christmas present

Boxset arrived crushed and split, containing 9 discs. 5 are meant to be UK compatible and 4 of them are, playing fine on our PS5 but the last disc containing the Jigsaw movie generated a 'Mismatch between disc and player region codes. ' message. The other 4 discs in the box I guess are region locked to USA, including an identical looking Jigsaw movie disc, as they all generate the 'Can't play this disk due to region restrictions' which is fine, but it would be nice if the discs that are meant to play in Region B areas actually did. The returns process is awful. Refund only, I'd of liked a replacement to check if this was a one-off and UPS drop off only. Our nearest is miles away & without easy access to a car is a real inconvenience. Pretty disappointed tbh.

Atenção brasileiros, não tem áudio nem legendas em pt, somente áudio em inglês e legendas em inglês e espanhol. Chegou bem antes do previsto. Vale lembrar que são dois filmes atochados num disco, tem disco que vem até três filmes. O box traz os filmes em bd e em dvd. Achei a qualidade da imagem do bd apenas boa. Pelo preço que paguei, valeu a pena.

Estas películas las vi cuando, recientemente, cumplí los 18 años, para ver si las aguantaba. En aquel entonces, sí me impresionaron bastante. Ahora soy un adulto de 37 años, y estoy volviendo a mirarlas, y creo que ya tengo la suficiente madurez para darme cuenta que son excelentes, es una de las mejores franquicias. Llegó en perfectas condiciones, y dos días antes de la fecha de entrega (ya que las pedí un domingo, y me llegaron el viernes). Es la primera vez que, cuando compro, tardan casi una semana en llegar, pero lo bueno fue que llegó. Las películas están distribuidas de la siguiente forma: - disco 1, Blu-ray: Saw / Saw II; - disco 2, Blu-ray: Saw III / Saw IV / Saw V; - disco 3, Blu-ray: Saw VI / Saw: final chapter; - disco 4, Blu-ray: Jigsaw / Características especiales; - disco 1, DVD: Saw; - disco 2, DVD: Saw II / Saw III; - disco 3, DVD: Saw IV / Saw V; - disco 4, DVD: Saw VI / Saw: final chapter; - disco 5, DVD: Jigsaw / Características especiales. Vuelvo a comentar a los compradores de películas en formatos físicos, que es absurdo que digan que la película sería perfecta si estuviera doblada al español latino... ¡ESO NO IMPORTA! Si eres verdadero cinéfilo, verías las películas en SU LENGUA ORIGINAL, con subtítulos. Todas las películas están subtituladas en español, incluso las versiones en DVD... eso le da un «plus» a las historias. Estoy completamente satisfecho con la compra, me salió en 296.08 una ganga. ¡Lo volviste a lograr, Amazon México! ¡Excelente!
