Very good Very fast at boiling eggs and only down fall is it doesn't turn off have to check the time myself turn the plug off at the mains but is very good quality and does the job

I find this good for 'boiling'/steaming eggs. Not too impressed with the poaching or omelette function but it was boiled eggs I wanted it for, so no problem. I find it easy and quick. Uses less energy than boiling a small saucepan of water. I experimented a bit, using a clock/timer and find it gives a decent soft/medium 'boiled' egg after 7-8 minutes, from taking it out of the fridge. Hard boiled in 11 minutes. Do remember to make the hole in the 'big end' or you will get a mess!

Cheap enough and does the job, although it's obviously designed for a very specific size of egg and doesn't like to make that very clear. It's easy enough to clean, even in a hard water area. It's just fine. I'm amused how many people claim to have read the instructions but completely skipped the part where it specifically tells you to use the egg rack regardless of what you're cooking (Poaching, 2nd instruction; Omelette, 3rd) — if you put a plastic tray onto any metallic heating element what do you expect to happen?

Crap, I filled the water exactly as it said for a medium egg and they were completely undercooked and snotty, I've had egg cookers that work properly in the past so this one is rubbish in my opinion.

Excellent kitchen gadget. I set it up every night for my son and I to have boiled eggs every morning. Small in size so can stay on worktop. Light goes out to let you know when they are done

This product does exactly what it is meant too it is perfect for boiling, poaching, or making an omleltte. Instructions are clear, precise and easy to follow.

When I buy something for use in Australia, advertised in Australia, I expect an Australian Plug. It did say I needed to then buy an adaptor. This is very small but hopefully it will work Can only poach 2 eggs, most are 4 eggs.
