I honestly adore this thing. I started researching portable washer and dryers when I found out there was a coin shortage (only coin laundry is available in my apartment complex) and am really glad I did! Now I use less detergent and will be saving money in the long run. Plus, no trips to the store or bank to ask for quarters!It's convenient and easy-to-use (even with the umm... poorly translated directions). I will say that it's probably not for everyone, but if you're used to a less than ideal laundry situation and you're not into frills, this will seem like a god send.Things to note:- The drainage hose is not long enough for probably most of the folks looking into this. I put the whole unit in the bathtub since I don't have a floor drain (Tip: use a lint trap or hair catcher in your shower/bathtub drain if you have one!)- The inlet hose doesn't fit my bathtub's faucet (and it also isn't very long), so I filled the washer with a bucket. Which is not the most convenient, but eh, it works.- The spin dryer works surprisingly well- I'm a little annoyed at the placement of the power cord since the thing basically needs to be in the bathtub. Just make sure to keep it maneuvered out of the water, which is fortunately, fairly easy.

Alright, well I purchased a competing product less than 6 months ago and it conked out in that short of a timeframe, so I was hopeful but not super expectant.Gotta say, though, I love this little machine. It's quiet, easy to use, and powerful. I like how light it is, too. Makes it so easy to move when I'm finished with it.Things I don't love but definitely aren't deal breakers: it's gravity-draining. There's no pump, so you have to make sure you have space in your tub (or wherever you use it) so that the tube can be pointed downward to ensure decent drainage. To be fair, I haven't had any major problems with drainage. You should just be aware of this in case you're working with a small space or weird dimensions that won't allow a downward facing hose. Also, it's "leaky." I'm not talking about the machine itself (it's well-made!) but when you use it, water sloshes around inside and can splash out from under the closed lid, as well as through a drainage hole on the inside, which leads to the spinner, which drains out of the machine. The BEST thing you can do is keep this machine in the tub or shower while you use it. Otherwise, you'll wind up with a wet floor.Overall, I really can't complain.The machine does a great job washing. The spinner is fantastic in getting most of the excess water out of clothes, so drying time is superb.This is still a relatively new purchase, so I will update with anything if necessary in the future.

Pros: Gets the clothes clean. It's a little more hands-on than I'm used to but a lot cheaper than going to the laundromat constantly.Cons: I wish there was some bell or buzzer at the end of the cycle, because it's not always easy to tell when it stops (but it's nice that it's so quiet!). I also wish it came with a pedestal or something to elevate it off the ground, since gravity drain is part of the design. The spin dryer vibrates quite a bit even when it's not off kilter, so I always have to stay and watch it to make sure it doesn't go anywhere. Finally, I wish it dealt better with lint.

Best purchase ever! I read the reviews and I am here to add my positive review as well. Set up time from the box was about 8 minutes. It works well. I use small amounts of soap and that works best. The dryer capacity is less than the washer however the cycle only takes 5 minutes so I just split it and I am done in 10. We use it while we are RVing and it’s a great help. * Since we use it outside I use Fifth Generation plant based detergent. We have gotten so many compliments from everyone that has seen it. We already bought one as a gift for my brother that lives in a small apartment. You will love it.

LET ME SAY ... that this washer is great!!! I’m when I first got it, I was so excited that I washed some dish towels right away! I was so impressed at how fresh and clean and dry they were! After that, I proceeded to do my first load... everything was even fresher than in the laundry... the rotator at the bottom REALLY agitates and spins the clothes!! Let me also say... THIS SPIN CYCLE IS AMAZING!! Sometimes I only spin the clothes for like 4 minutes or even three minutes and they are just as dry or drier than in the laundry!! I mean... this model is a great bang forYour buck... but if you want to UP THE ANTY you can buy a longer drainage hose from Home Depot and a water pump so you won’t have to manually dump the water if you have it set up like me in front of the kitchen sink.... with the longer pipe... and the pump... even without it!! I look way more forward to laundry day now!! This machine also makes minimal noise... as long as you make sure to press your clothes firmly and EVENLY into the drum of the spin portion ... and COVER IT WITH THE WHITE DISK ... after the initial two seconds... your spin cycle is SMOOTH SAILING BABY!!!!! Also ... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD RESPONSIVE AND RESOLVES THE ISSUE WITH SUCH A DIPLOMATIC APPROACH. Thanks guys!! Love yaaaa 💋
