Balconi Tiramisu Cake, 14.1 Ounce

This was a mess, impossible to serve to guests. It went straight to trash. I tried a bite, taste was ok. Not eligible to return, save your money and don't purchase this.

I received the item and it was damaged. I have tried to "chat" and request a refund but I don't know how to fill out the form and send my response. The cake was not edible for it had rolled around and it was a single log with everything smashed into itself. I really looked forward to receiving the cake and was very disappointed in what I received. Your help is greatly appreciated. Jerry

The order was terrible . It was dry and lost it’s taste, package writing was illegible

It was all crumbled and smashed together. It did not taste like good tiramisu.

Cake tastes ok but came in all smashed and fifteen dollars us kind of pricey for a smashed cake no matter how good the taste

I cannot wait for the tiramisu to come, and when I got it, it taste OK and of course it does not like the original. I would not order again.

It tasted great. It had been turned upside down and topping needed to be scraped from lid. It was a bit pricey but tasted like the one I always bought from the bakery. I purchased this during real cold weather so wasn't melted or messy. I will only purchase during cold weather unless it comes frozen or in cold container. Suggestion::::I purchased marinated herring and it was sent in small box lined completely with Styrofoam and it was still cold when I received it. Don't know if it will work in summer but it would help in spring, fall and winter.I would suggest Styrofoam
