Highly recommend! Was almost brand new ! No scratches , dents, discoloration, or problem turning on . All effective device . Comes with remote and sent extra batteries as well. HDMI cord, power cord , and remote charging cord was included.

Console didn’t work from the start.
Box that console was in was not taped at all and was barely closed upon delivery. Who knows if it got opened along the way. Bought as a gift for my daughter and 15 min after plugging in console had a whining noise and after getting signed in and downloading apps and games instantly overheated. I would guess that the noise we hear is the fan trying to spin to cool the console but fan never came on and every ten seconds a message on tv would say the console is over heated. Needless to say daughter was very sad and I now have to try to get a refund wasting a bunch of my time and such a hassle.

Fantastic customer support
I would highly recommend buying from these guys. I had a small issue when I first received it, and I contacted the seller. They responded to me on a Sunday, and immediately addressed the issue and then solved it. Been playing on it everyday since and it works beautifully.

Freezes up quite often and won’t load games.
Freezes up a lot and doesn’t always allow me to login with my Game Pass. It is very hit and miss. Not very happy with this purchase. Would not recommend.

I was concerned about purchasing a rebuilt unit, but my grandson has had no issues setting it up and using it for the last few weeks. Great job and less pricey than a new unit and it shipped very quickly too
