Truly Easy Tarot: Simple Readings and Practical Teachings

Exactly what I needed! I enjoyed how this book was written. I’ve read some others that give the meanings of the cards but not how to put them together to tell a story.My deck has kind of just sat here as I’m a beginner and linear definitions and trying to memorize didn’t seem to help much so limited to a 1 and 3 card spread. This book has me excited to spend time with my deck.In fact I love this book so much after reading it on Kindle Unlimited, I’ve decided it’s a must have on my shelf and ordered a hard copy.

I use multiple sources for card meanings - I like to “triangulate” meanings - and this is a great book in my collection of resources.

Easy to follow book with lots of valuable information and tools. I will continue to use this book as a reference guide.

I could not wait to write a review for this book. I stumbled upon it. I was looking for an easy to read but deep book that reflected the depth of the tarot as it is supposed to be understood. There are tons of books out there but most have no understanding of what these cards were supposed to mean mystically. This book does that. I also joined his Patreon community and I am learning so much, so fast. This author is the real deal. An authentically gifted author. Very humble. Knows a lot and from his OWN direct experience. I highly recommend this book and also his Patreon community.

So grateful to have found this book! It is easy to read and there are ever gentle reminders..that you can do this. Encouraged to be brave. I think I had a fear of insulting the powers that be if I just played with my cards, tested a few layouts. GEESH I am truly enjoying this author as I feel he encourages..courage! This is a true find!

** I received a free review copy from the publisher. **As a tarot beginner I typically rely heavily on googling card meanings. This book’s interpretations are different than what I encounter online — definitely a lot less in-depth and doesn’t go into the symbolism at all. I like the keyword usage and how it’s bold in the explanations, that’s actually helpful.I suppose if it’s trying to set itself apart from what’s available for free online, it does so by offering various meanings in context by card position; but still it’s pretty limited in that offering too. Also unique/strange how it starts with King and ends with Ace for ordering.I haven’t gotten to looking at the spreads towards the end of the book yet, which probably adds more value to this book than this being a reference guide for meanings. 3 stars for now; maybe once I get more comfortable relying on my intuition this book will be more useful to me. But as it stands, I wouldn’t feel inclined to buy this book with the wealth of information and spreads available online for free. 🤷‍♂️

Very easy to work with, goes through the meaning of each card ( there's not huge amount of detail on each card if that's something you're after) gives the message across. The back of the book has some lovely spreads and explanations on how they work and cards tie in together.

Such a easy to follow book guide

I'm a new tarot reader and this book is amazingly detailed, clear and concise; even descriptions down to the card position! This helps soooo much in understanding how things connect to one another.However, this gets a 1 star rating for the "glue" that was all over the cover and the pages... I had to scrape the glue off the cover (front and back), and try to separate pages throughout the book. I paid regular price for the damn thing, so it should be in pristine condition.I've included pics of the pages for reference.

Oh my gosh! This book is absolutely amazing! It has made it so much easier for me to understand my cards. I have never had a book that helped me so much with tarot. I would recommend this to ANYONE that is learning tarot!
