I bought this for my sister's new barbershop. She was tired of cleaning up paper towels that people throw on the floor for some reason so I set out to find an alternative. This is the perfect solution. It dries your hands quickly and easily, but it's not too loud like the huge ones you usually see in public restrooms. It's so much cleaner because you don't run the risk of people tossing their used towels on the floor. You don't even need to touch anything since it's motion activated. Simply put your hands under it and it starts up. When you move them, it turns off. It's more ecofriendly and it saves a lot of money on paper products.

I wash my hands a lot during the day. So I purchased this hand dryer because I was just "ugh" with using towels that seemed always wet from the previous use. Paper towels are a no-go for the environmental be kind to our planet side of me. WoW this is a terrific hand dryer. It was easy to install, less than an hour start to finish, great value for the money, surprisingly quiet - about the same as my microwave, and drys my hands very quickly. The only small fault I found, was the screws seemed to be a bit small. I tend to over-build so I just used two drywall screws with larger heads. Definitely recommend this with 5 stars!

The main reason I decided to get an automatic hand dryer is because I didn't want to be drying my just cleaned hands with the same hand towel that numerous people have dried their hands with prior to me using it. I have a lot of people coming in and out of the house, so there's a lot of hands touching that towel. I try to keep things clean, but sometimes you just can't keep up. There's nothing more stomach churning than wiping your clean hands with a damp or moist hand towel that you know is still damp because countless others have also used it. Well, this solved that problem. With this automatic hand dryer, there's no need for me to touch any towels, wet or dry. I don't have to worry about a wet doorknob. This hand dryer is perfect for my needs. The installation was easy and straightforward. They made it idiot proof. The mounting bracket is held in place with a sticker telling you to follow the instructions provided. There were only a few diagrams and it really was simple to figure out even if you can't read what its saying. After the installation, everything worked without any issues. The dryer sensed my hands almost immediately when I held it under the dryer. The force of the air is not too strong ors too weak, it feels similar to that of a hair dryer set the higher settings. I do wish that it was a bit higher so that my hands would dry faster. It's not a big deal, I would rather deal with that than moist towels. Although it says commercial dryer, it doesn't really feel very commercial. The outer shell is made of plastic. It does feel a little on the flimsy side when I was handling it during installation. It would also feel more commercial if the air was up higher or at least included an option to crank it up. Ultimately, this was a good purchase for me because it fulfilled my need.

Very cheaply made. I ordered 4 and each had a different problem. One only blew cold air because the coil on the inside would not heat up. Second one started smoking when I plugged it in. Third one was rattling and small parts were falling out. These were so fragile and cheap I can't imagine how it could be for commercial use.

This hand dryer has lasted nearly two years of daily use at my business. I am impressed. It works great and impressively durable

Item is good overall, you pug it in by an outlet. However, it only blows hot air. During the summers its nice to have cold air and in winter hot air. When I watched a review on it, the person shows a switch to change cold or hot but this item does not have it.

When I saw this hand dryer while I was scrolling through Amazon… I thought it would be a unique addition to my kids bathroom. Right now, we are washing our hands a lot more than usual and this hand dryer has been a fun little thing to have in the bathroom. My kids and their friends love it… They said it feels like being in a restaurant bathroom… LOL. It was easy to put up and I expected the dryer sound to be pretty loud but actually it’s not that loud. It dries your hands with nice warm air! If you have a business that has a restroom or even just put this in your home bathroom… It is a great addition!

The cord is too short and the heater does not work

I will say that this product is beautiful it looks really classy modern but it doesn’t dry out the hands really fast you need to take a long time I get two of the them for my family businesses bathrooms.

We bought 2 - 1 will not turn off. We have tried reaching the vendor, with NO response

short cord and the sensory is a bit to active works ok nned to keep your hands under for a while.
