I Purchased this for a huge project. A friend used solid stain to cover the board fence for a large pasture. Much of it was hand painted with a brush and roller, but there were sections every four or 5 feet that could only be sprayed because no brush or roller could reach in between the boards where the horizontal boards met the vertical posts. This machine flat out did the job wonderfully! It never jammed. It was easy to use and put out a beautiful smooth even coat of the Cabot solid stain. I could not be happier with this purchase. My friend meticulously cleaned the machine by spraying a recommended cleaning solution mixed with water through it at the end of every single usage. We got the cleaning solution at our local Lowe’s store because they sold the type of paint sprayer that could be plugged in and recommended this oil-based cleaner. This machine is fabulous. I strongly recommend that you go ahead and buy the extra, over-sized spare battery if you are doing a big job, so you can use one while re-charging the other, just have both charged when you start as re- charging takes awhile. This is a fabulous product, and it was a very good reasonable price.

This last winter, I had the inspired idea to repaint the exterior of my stucco house. I thought using rollers and brushes would be enough, but- oh no! Not on stucco! I thought about renting a paint sprayer, but I didn’t want to deal with messy cleanup, then get charged extra if I didn’t clean it well enough. Plus, it would’ve been way more costly in the long run for how long I needed to rent it for. I took a chance and got this sprayer. since it was very affordable, I figured it would be worth the risk. Let me tell you… it was a game changer! I could NOT have finished painting my house without this! I was a little nervous about having to thin out the paint myself with water, but after trying it the first time, I saw that I had nothing to worry about. As other people have warned: do NOT hold the sprayer in any direction other than parallel to the floor, or else paint will leak out various parts. It’s not meant to paint ceilings, etc., just walls, etc. It was very easy to clean and reassemble, which was the biggest concern on my list. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this paint sprayer for anyone looking to DIY paint their house, furniture, etc.

I am new to painting, definitely an amateur at best. That said I have a very large paint job ahead of me. But hopefully just one paint job. I bought the unit because I would like to use it for painting but for the alternative usages such as disinfectant cleaner and what not. Having never bought anything like this before this is my take on the first time I have attempted to use the device. My idea was simple: use water and replace a paint so therefore I can make a mess and not have to worry about things. I think that this was a great idea and I recommend that others do that as well. The hopper needs to be full in order for the unit to properly prime the system. So filling The hopper only halfway will not work. Perhaps the thickness of the paint would allow for partial filling of the hopper and having the unit work? People before me have reported that the unit leaks. There are two takes on this: If you know what you're doing and you do it right you should not be tilting the unit up and down. Should be held horizontally. If held horizontally it will work without leaking. That being said I am very much new to this and I guarantee you I'm going to tilt the sucker. That's when it leaks. And it leaks between the hopper and the device. There are two ways to fix this: screw the sucker on very tight. Very tight. May not be a perfect solution some people may not be able to screw it on tight enough or afterwards may not be able to unscrew it. The alternative would be plumbers tape the kind that goes around pipes to prevent them from leaking. This worked for me. I don't know how long that will last for that might be something that might have to be replied maybe every five or six hopper changes. Manufacturer: maybe make the third base a little bit larger a few more turns of the hopper would help prevent this problem in the future. I don't understand how one can say that the system is airless though? It works by air. I was thinking that it had a water pump of some type and pushed the fluid through whatever to achieve the painting effect. No, it works by suction and by the fan blowing. With a fan blowing it creates noise. So if you're looking for a quiet system this perhaps is not a solution for you. But it's not overly loud as well. It's like a hair dryer. Like a very strong hair dryer. That said I was able to dampen some of the noise by removing the back black guard that holds the filter on. Kept the filter on by using tape but the removal of the guard helps the air flow and thus makes the a little bit quieter. I'll do another review after my big paint job to see how the unit held up.

I made a huge mistake on my part by ordering this on Prime Day in July and not opening and using it until December. The outside casing on the gun was cracked right out of the box. I do not think that particular piece had anything to do with the actual operation of the sprayer however. After assembling, and thinning my paint to proper viscosity, the sprayer would not spray paint, it would only blow air. After about an hour of troubleshooting, I realized the pre-installed check valve assembly was defective. I guess that's why it came with three of them. So after replacing it I finally got paint spraying from the gun. I practiced spraying on a scrap piece of wood for a bit and then started spraying my door. The sprayer did not spray evenly and would fade out and then have a sudden burst of high flow paint periodically. This resulted in major drips on the door. I tried every adjustment to flow and nozzle and the results were horrible. I ended up having to sand and hand brush and roll the door. Since the return window was up I sent the sprayer to it's new home at the landfill. In trying to save $20 on Prime Day I actually ended up losing $40. Lesson learned.

After using this sprayer for a while, there are many things that I like about it that I would like to share for anyone interested in buying it: 1. The cordless design makes it much easier to paint; especially larger objects because you're not constantly having to adjust a cord as you work around the object. 2. The design of the sprayer makes it very convenient to use as it is easy to load paint into the container. It is also very easy to adjust between the three spray patterns as you work. 3. This paint sprayer works as well if not better than my traditional cordless sprayer. I have not noticed any loss in performance between the two. In all, this sprayer is working great for me and I have no regrets buying it. It is totally worth it if you're considering buying one!

Fill the provided viscosity cup with water (cover the bottom hole with your finger) and add it to the 1 quart paint hopper. Fill the hopper to the 32 fl oz line and that is exactly perfect to begin spraying. I also found that I needed to use the larger (3.0 red) spray nozzle. I tried using a brand-name paint extender to thin it, but that failed miserably. Paint splattering everywhere, and the gun constantly leaking, jamming, and not working. Water worked much better. Of course either way, the gun is completely covered in paint and it dries fast, so cleaning it is close to impossible. I found the wire brush included to be also fairly useless.

I dont normally do reviews however this one was well deserved. I've used several graco Sprayers and it's always the cost that I hate about it. This sprayer has a two minor issues and that's thinning the paint with water so it will spray out and battery life. This fun is an amazing tool and every one should toss graco out and get one of these. The best part about this gun. It is so easy to clean. I can have done fast than cleaning a paint roller. Graco you can spend easy 30 minutes to get it cleaned out. In comparison to the 2 things that are minor I can definitely live with guns over graco. I give it a 12 out 10

This product worked exactly as advertised. For context, I'd classify myself as a 'medium' user (mostly housework like fences and similar projects), so I did not need an industrial grade sprayer. I've also been painting with outdoor latex lately. Cost - perfect Weight - perfect Spray - very effective. I did not have blotting problems I've had with other sprayers in the past. Additionally, I found the control nozzle easy to use. Paint can - small, but similar to competing projects. Viscosity - you definitely have to thin you paints, especially when using latex. They provide a pour cup to test viscosity, and I highly recommend you use it before putting the thick stuff through this tool Cleanup - very easy to disassemble, clean, and re-assemble (I've had some disassembly problems with other sprayers in the past). Bottom line - it works. You get what you pay for, so if you need to do a massive job or make a living with a tool, this probably isn't it. But if you are looking to paint rooms, fences, and decks in your own home, you could certainly do much worse.

Does exactly what it says. very versatile and flexible. Not too heavy. Easy to use. Sprayed entire outside pagada and decking using slightly watered down decking stain

Non capisco davvero le recensioni negative, la pistola va benissimo e fa risparmiare un sacco di tempo con in risultato anche migliore del pennello. Ci sono delle accortezze da seguire, tipo stare attenti alla diluizione ed utilizzarla senza far seccare la vernice che si deposita sull'ugello. Necessita assolutamente di pulizia accurata non appena finito di usarla, altrimenti rischia di trasformarsi in un usa e getta; per questo motivo, e visto che la procedura di pulizia non è semplicissima dato che bisogna smontare quasi tutto, consiglio l'utizzo solo con vernici ad acqua così da facilitare di molto le operazioni di pulizia. Unica pecca le istruzioni che non sono per tutti, poco chiare e solo in inglese.

Je l'ai reçu aujourd'hui et ouvert, il y'a déjà une fissure sur le côté telle que visible sur les photos. Il est impossible de démonter la partie qui pulvérisé et changer la buse, elle est bloquée ou endommagée de base, mais impossible de déverrouiller. Je suis contraint d'utiliser une buse pas adaptée à mes besoins, mais surtout de ne pas pouvoir le nettoyer après. En somme il n'aurait servi qu'une seule fois et encore 😥😥😢😢😢
