I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but I feel it has kicked up the flavor in my baked goods. And seeing the specks of vanilla is nice. I may try another vanilla paste just to try, but this isn't bad

Will never buy extract again. No alcohol smell or flavor. I tasted a dab out the bottle before adding in my pound cake. This was the most flavorful cake I’ve ever made. I couldn’t even get the batter in the stove because I kept licking the spatula 😂

This is probably my favorite vanilla bean paste I've tried so far in my baking odyssey. It blends well into buttercream and there's no weird aftertaste. Makes the kitchen smell amazing while baking and that little extra speckled goodness is totally worth it. I've also found it blends well into homemade vanilla lattes. 😋
