I needed a sprayer for my garage sink, but couldn't find a heavy duty one that was made to be pressurized full time. Standard cheap sprayers only have pressure when you open the main faucet. This sprayer is heavy duty solid stainless, minus the sprayer nozzle. The supplied brass 1/2" x 3/8 compression adaptor is threaded off a bit, too tight. The thread pitch is perfect though. So I just used an old supply valve and ran it in and out like a dozen times and then it fit perfectly. You can barely see the brass adaptor screwed onto the Sloan mixer under the sink. The handle is real stainless, so it does get warm, so I adjusted the mixer so as to not get uncomfortably hot. The wife loves it and now wants one in the kitchen. Update: 6 years later: 07/17/2026 and this thing is still working perfectly after daily use from everything to cleaning buckets, racks, cleaning brushes, you name it. Heck, it shoots water so far I can use it for a fire extinguisher in the garage.

Very nice. The spray is very strong. It does get very hot (instantaneously) if connected to hot water line. I used this mixer to temper the hot water temperature: SHARKBITE/CASH ACME SB-24548 Thermostatic Mixing Valve, Brass As an option, the body of the handle is hollow and easily accessible. You might be able to slip some kind of sleeve in there to insulate it a bit and slow down the heat transfer. 1/2" pex *almost* fits in from the base but the handle is also tapered inside so anything used would need a good amount of fitting but I think it could be done.

My wife has a faucet that she loves and it does not have an attachment for a sprayer. I connected this sprayer directly to our hot water line under the sink. This is the whole reason I purchased this particular sprayer. We tried the cheaper sprayers and they kept leaking. This is a great quality sprayer. You can tell right out of the box. The actuator on the head is smooth and fitted nicely. All the pieces that I needed for the install came with the product. The only complaint I have is that the handle gets so hot that it is impossible to use for very long. For our application we cannot control the temperature of the water as it is connected directly to the hot water pipe. An insulated handle and I'd give it 5 stars all day.

Additional Warning: Customer service number listed is for an unrelated business. I spoke to a man who has received many calls about this product, but works for a company that has no relation to this listing or retail sales. My sprayer started developing problems with the press valve a few weeks after installation. My new impression of this product is that it is some foreign company that bought a bunch of badly made bidet sprayers and remarked them as kitchen sprayers. Id they were an upstanding seller, they would not have falsified their contact information. Next time I will buy from a trusted company. Disappointed with the money spent and now lost. I read many reviews, and I can now agree that.. be warned: (1) If you don't have a 1/2" MPT outlet to connect to, it will likely take a trip to the plumbing store to make it work. (2) Entire handle is made of stainless steel which conducts temperature quickly - if you like to spray hot water you will need to figure out your own method of insulting your hand while spraying. (3) It looks modern / high-end and has very powerful spray for the cost. Other notes: • It's a 'petit' unit that will work well for smaller hands and take minimal room on your counter. • They send you an abundance of adapters, washers, teflon tape and fittings (only 1 thing helped me). • If your countertop is over 1.5" thick, the deck mounting hardware will not work. • It's not perfect, but I am not completely unhappy either. If I hadn't put so much time into installing it, I would return it, but it sprays well, and I need to move on to other priorities.

Very sturdy and functional, but beware, the handle gets extremely hot when spraying hot water through the sprayer. Hookup was probably more difficult because of the set up of last sprayer but otherwise might have been much easier I believe. I have it installed, but have to remember not to use straight hot water.

Product fitment and appearance was OEM like. After the first day of installation, the unit sprayed sufficiently and closed without leaking. The long-term performance is yet to be determined. The substantial weight is better feeling than other types made of plastic.

This is a handsome sprayer and oh my gosh it has amazing amount of power. It's almost too much. I have only seen that kind of pressure coming out of a commercial type sprayer. I almost took off a point because it had no instructions for installation although anyone that slightly handy should be able to figure it out. I did have to purchase about another $20 worth of supply lines and reducers because I was connecting in to 3/8 plumbing and the sprayer is designed for 1/2 in water lines so you're in luck if you already have half inch supply lines. The unit seems very high quality heavy metal nothing cheap about it for the price I think it was a bargain. you can plumb into your hotline or your cold line. You don't have to have your faucet running to use it. I chose to put it in my cold line because many times were filling up watering cans for plants it has enough pressure that cold water will be fine for pre rinsing dishes for the dishwasher which is our primary use. If you hand wash your dishes I would recommend plumbing it to the hot side.

After installing it has been discovered that the nozzle leaks/drips. There will be a puddle after an hour or so. Luckily the hose is only used to fill a Keurig machine, so I am shutting off the valve to the dispenser after every use. Cannot be bothered removing the item to return
