These pans are perfect for making small smash cakes! Be sure to grease the bottom and sides well because the cake will stick if not. These pans are easy to use and small enough to store anywhere!

I bought these to make a smash cake for my one-year-old, and while they do the job well, cleaning them is a challenge. The corners are particularly hard to clean, and even after a dishwasher cycle, I couldn’t get them spotless. They also mark up easily, which is frustrating. While they serve their purpose for making a small cake, I ended up spending much more time cleaning than I expected. Overall, I’m a bit disappointed with this item.

I bought these to turn my regular oven into a "steam bake" oven. I set one of these pans in the oven, and when I put the bread or cake in, I pour 1/4c boiling water into the pan and shut the door. Working great so far.They have a very 90° bend on the bottom. The metal seems to be good quality.

Perfect little cakes, either 3 tiers high or half them and make 2, 4 or 6 layers! Perfect for office person's Birthday, a pets Birthday, someone leaving, etc. From these little cakes you could proceed to make smaller design cakes, etc. Happy, very happy and beautiful stainless steel!
