What is in the "starter pack"?

Just the pack of overnight oats. 2 of each flavor.

What is the recommended time to allow these to soak for? Will 6 hours be enough?

I've forgotten to make it the night before a few times. I've found the minimum is about 3 hours, as long as you shake it every hour.

How many cups of oats are in each package?
