Honest ReviewMy 10 yr old Toshiba laptop was missing files and would not go past blue screen during Boot up. I bought this disk as a last resort, followed directions, and my old friend is back, it was easy to do as long as I followed directions, I did have to attempt it twice for my laptop to read the disk correctly. You cannot just pop in the disk and expect it to its' thing, read directions peeps you gotta do more steps. Thanks to this seller, you saved my laptop from going in to the recycler!

I bought this trying to fix a Windows tablet. The software loaded fine but I think the tablet just had a nasty virus. After spending too much time on it I came to the realization that it was junk.But I have a 2 in 1 windows tablet that belonged to my dearly departed brother, that I want to keep , because it is one of the only thing I have left of his. This software worked for me on that tablet. But 1 thing to note it doesn’t have a windows registry key so it will not register as genuine.

I tried this on two different computers, an HP toughbook and a Dell I7, Both failed during the process with files are missing. I then used the Microsoft Media Creation Tool and created a Win 10 boot disk, that disk had the files necessary to create a win repair disk of the HP Toughbook. This is not a silver bullet, but something to try.

I had issues with the first 2 CDs, they could not be read by the disk drive due to 1 being cracked and the other one had unreadable files. I worked through the Amazon return process and received a workable CD Today that seems to be working. Hats off the Amazon for backing up the process and coming through with a quality product and delivery. Ralix windows recovery is a great product and works much better than using the various Windows tools. I highly recommend it. Ralix has fantastic customer service as well. The product i used was a very reasonable price and saved me a ton of time. I give it 6 stars. ******

This windows 10 restore CD did get our desktop to working condition but please understand it was not easy, it took over 10 hrs to get our computer working again. This did reinstall a part of what I needed initially to get past the blue screen of death, afterwards I had to connect to Ethernet as our wifi adapter was missing all of a sudden. After connecting to the internet with the Ethernet cable, I was able to go online and redownload the wifi adapter from hp - Plus other things. I am thankful for the CD as our computer does work again but it was not just a put in CD and it was fixed itself.

Probably works for normal people.

Me permitió arrancar mi equipo y después lo actualice a la versión que requería.

Tenía una alta expectativa en este CD y la verdad es que nunca lo ha reconocido mi equipo. Ni hablar, fue una mala compra.
