The first thing that I would say about these is that the listing title is a little it misleading as these are not "true" compression shorts, but I figured such was the case going into the purchase, which that was fine by me. I am 6'4" roughly 275lbs, and ordered the XXL. When you receive them they look like they would not fit a toddler, I was very disappointed. Once putting them on I was so pleased that FINALLY I found a snug yet flexible biking short that is long enough for my height. They come down to about 3" above my knee when standing, and when biking I never have to adjust them while biking by stopping peddling and yanking them down like I have had to do with other shorter and thinner material running/biking shorts purchased because they ride up in the crotch. They have very solid sewn seams and they look nice too with the gray sewing through the legs.I cannot yet speak to long term wear, however they have gone through the washer on hot and dried on high 4 times thus far and they still fit and look the same as they did when I received them. I like these so much, as its so rare to find running/biking shorts with a long inseam for a taller person that are so affordable at $19.99, that I ordered 3 more pairs. As long as you are not expecting true compression shorts, but great fitting running/biking shorts that fit amazing, you really cannot go wrong. Plus you have the added benefit that if you don't like them you just send them back to Amazon.I would say order the size shorts you normally wear unless you want them snugger, then order a size down.So the only thing that I would give a slight negative nod to is that these are not true compression shorts as the listing title states. They are a thicker than average, very breathable, running/biking (I have even worn them under a suit and dress slacks that are a bit tight to avoid boxes riding up my rear end and they work amazing and are comfortable all day) shorts that you can even wear all day comfortably these are the best bang your your buck. And again, great for the taller crowd.

These are my first compression shorts, and I have been happy with them so far.They're form-fitting: so they don't get caught on anything, and there's no annoying clothing-movement during exercise. (Unlike many of the guys I've observed at the gym, I personally don't like "loose" or baggy clothes for exercising: I prefer this kind of form-fitting workout attire.)They're smooth: there's no external friction, which is useful for certain exercises (like dumbbell shrugs, for instance). Nor have I had problems with "chafing" or rashes or anything. I think this fabric is exceptionally "kind" to human skin.Compression clothing is also said to reduce muscle soreness, accelerate muscle repair, and improve muscle oxygenization. I am not an expert on these factors, but I can say that in my experience, these compression shorts have been a benefit to me: there's been no downside that I can see. They're warm, comfortable, and (I think) they look pretty cool.

fit as expected, shipped on time, seem to be a little on the thin side so not sure how long they'll last, but for the price what do you expect

Its a little early to give a realistic review, but so far so good. I wear them nearly everyday and they have held up thus far. They are thousands of times better then the $54.00 pair of NFL brand I got at Duck's sporting goods. And a whole lot cheaper.

These keep everything were it is suppose to be while I excrise. It also keeps my thighs from rubbing which is a big thing for me.

I bought the leggings back in late winter early fall and loved running in them, so when I had to run coming up, I bought the shorts and I will be buying more of them. They seem to be made really well and have held up to some pretty good abuse. I compete in obstacle course/mud runs and l crawl through the mud & muck, climb over obstacles, etc and these pants and shorts really hold up well to whatever abuse I put them through. Plus you can't beat the price.

Whoever designed these has no male organs!The second time I wore then, after washing, while putting them on I was adjusting the leg and I heard a rip from the thread in the hem. The seam in the crotch was the killer, while working out the shorts rode up a bit, normally not an issue with my Nike or Under Armour compression shorts, but with these the crotch seam was providing a male camel toe, splitting the boys in half... not at all comfortable! After several adjustments I made it through the workout.I wore them a 3rd time and the crotch seam was just too much to deal with. I will never wear these again ... sending back.I liked the length, the compression was not as tight as my other compression shorts but they are not bad. If the manufacturer would design a crotch pocket with 2 seams like most of the competition these would be a good alternative.

Fit is good; wore them to last 5k race and set new PR.
