great buy
This adapter ring set is one of those small accessories that ends up being incredibly useful if you have multiple lenses with different filter sizes. Instead of buying the same filter over and over for each lens, this kit lets you adapt one filter to fit several lenses. The set includes both step-up and step-down rings ranging roughly from 37mm to 82mm, which covers most common DSLR and mirrorless lens sizes. The build quality surprised me for the price. The rings are made of metal and feel solid, with smooth threads that screw on and off easily without binding. I’ve used them with ND and CPL filters and they fit securely with no wobble. It’s also nice that the kit comes with multiple sizes so you can quickly find the combination you need instead of buying individual rings. Overall, this is a great value for photographers who want to simplify their filter setup. If you shoot with multiple lenses and don’t want to invest in duplicate filters, this kit is an easy and affordable solution that works exactly as expected.

The Essential Tool That Made the Impossible Possible on My Rig
Honestly, at first, I was skeptical that this adapter ring kit could solve my main challenge: mounting a professional 67mm matte box and filter system onto my Fujinon kit lens, which has a modest 52mm thread. I was prepared for disappointment, but the result was a pleasant surprise. The process was incredibly straightforward. By stacking several of the step-up rings, I was able to bridge the gap from 52mm to 67mm and mount the entire system flawlessly. As expected with so many rings stacked, I noticed some vignetting (dark corners) in still photos when using the lens at its widest 15mm focal length. The solution was simple: by zooming in just a little to 18mm, the vignette disappeared completely. Losing those 3mm of wide-angle in photos is a more than fair price to pay for achieving pro-level adaptability with a kit lens. But here is where this system truly shined for my video workflow. To my amazement, the vignetting present in 15mm photos completely vanishes when shooting video. This is due to the slight crop the camera automatically applies when its In-Body Image Stabilization (IBIS) is active. This crop is just enough to eliminate the dark corners, allowing me to shoot in both 4K and even 6.2K Open Gate using the full 15mm of the lens, with absolutely no issues or image loss. Furthermore, this kit is a future-proof investment. If I buy a lens with a 77mm thread tomorrow, I'll simply use fewer rings, and the vignetting will be even less of an issue, if there is any at all. In conclusion, this K&F Concept kit is the unsung hero of my setup. It's the piece that connects and unifies everything, allowing components of different sizes to work in harmony. It's an indispensable solution for anyone building a modular rig.

Had to use vice grips and break one to get them apart
I do like the brand and the stuff they make but in this case I was pretty frustrated that when I needed them I couldn't get them apart. I hurt my hand and had to resort to breaking one of the rings with vice grips to get to the one I needed. I'm not sure the tissue paper between the rings is doing what you think it's doing... might just be adding more tightness and friction. Better to leave them more loosely connected.

Very solid and well made
I only needed a reducer but for the price and all the diffrent sizes that come with it, this was my best bet. Fits perfectly for my 58mm to 55mm macro lense I couldn't use without this.
