The bag that I ordered is bulk with a little scoop inside it I wasn’t sure of that. I prefer the single packets, but it’s all the same content. And it works very well to add fiber to your diet. The taste is fine sort of bland. My daughter doesn’t like it, but I don’t mind it.

Excellent product: portions are very handy and taste is actually pleasant, much better than Metamucil. No smells and easy to use and dissolves very well. It's a great option when travelling and it's a great value for its price.

This stuff is incredible - noticed an improvement within 24 hours. Love how smooth and clean it is. There is no flavor - no sweetener (which is why I love it). I mix it with a splash of Pom juice and down the hatch!

The taste is better when you mix it really well. It helps with regularity when you take this on a regular basis. The only issue I have with it, when I would drink water during the day I would have this uncomfortable full feeling and I never had that before.

I get constipated very easily. I used to take probiotics on an empty stomach in the morning with a cup of cold water almost every day for a year. It kind of seemed to work for the first few weeks but I've noticed that my stomach looked very bloated after another couple of months. Well, turns out probiotics can lead to bacterial growth in the small intestine, causing abdominal bloating. (I mean probiotics with specific strains such as Lp299v can help alleviate gas and bloating but I wasn't aware of this for a while.) The bloating became worse over the course of time to the point where I was losing weight but the size of my waist didn't seem to change at all. So I asked ChatGPT (I know, but we all do this right?) if there's any other alternatives to probiotics and explained my symptoms - and ChatGPT recommended taking fiber regularly. So I started searching for fiber supplements and this one caught my eyes because it's just one simple ingredient and nothing else. I put 1 spoon of this into my protein powder every day, and it dissolves very well as long as you stir and/or shake properly. It doesn't really have any taste to it so don't worry about this powder ruining your drink - although I'm not really sure what this would taste like when mixed with water. I now barely feel constipated and also have regular bowel movement, which is a huge plus. It also keeps me full for a longer period of time so I'd say it also helps with controlling appetite if you're trying to cut down on snacks or your portions. ** Make sure to drink PLENTY of water throughout the day because consuming insufficient amount of water while taking psyllium husk could cause constipation or even blockages. ** AVOID taking psyllium at the same time with other medications (if you're taking any) because it can slow the absorption of whatever medications that you are taking with psyllium husk.

I really wanted to like this organic psyllium, but after doing some digging, I’m horrified. I noticed the California Prop 65 warning on the label, which already raised an eyebrow, but when I looked deeper, I found independent lab testing (ConsumerLab.com) showing that one single serving of Konsyl exceeds California’s Prop 65 lead limit by over 60 times. Yes, I understand heavy metals occur naturally in soil just like with spinach or sweet potatoes but lead accumulates in the body over time. That level of exposure from a daily fiber supplement is completely unacceptable to me, especially with the known risks of birth defects and reproductive harm. When I tried to return the unopened package, Konsyl refused to take it back. Their labeling feels deliberately vague, they don’t disclose lead content per serving, and their return policy is a red flag on its own. Thankfully, Amazon customer service stepped in and gave me a full refund. Bottom line: poor transparency, no returns, and confirmed excessive lead levels. I’m tossing the product. Stay safe and choose a brand that publishes actual heavy metal testing results

I’ve tried different brands of psyllium, including capsules but this brand is beyond comprehension. One full scoop every other day and I usually start my regimen around 3:00 PM so I can get my three bottles of water remember psyllium loves water and constipation is gone. Regularity is consistent and remember to add a Prebiotic. I use GOS with it now I know why blonde and organic and pure is the way to go
