C2G 40619 Velocity 3.5mm M/M Mono Audio Cable, 3Ft, Blue

I can honestly say that this is as well-made a cable as I have ever seen, easily matching or exceeding the quality of well-known brands like Monster. The sheath is a nice thick rubbery material that's soft to the touch, and the connectors are housed in plastic without any evidence that they'll be prone to contact issues down the road, like so many cheap cables are.Maybe it's just me, but in the 90's I distinctly remember being able to walk into an electronics store to buy a cable like this (or a M/M stereo, or RCA, or the like) and spend 5 or 6 dollars to get what I want. Now, the exact same cable at the same store can cost a fortune! Even the big discount stores are charging $15 for the cheapest M/M stereo cable they have! I imagine the price increase is due to the avalanche of portable electronics that have hit the market since then, but I hate to see it when companies take advantage of customers like that.Anyway, my point is that it's nice to see that you can still get a good, high quality cable for a good price.

My girlfriend doesnt pay attention to detail when she used my account to buy this with my own money, its actually mono which means it only plays in one ear. She used my debit card.. Its not for audio or playing mp3 music on a smart phone. Im going to keep it because Im a pack rat and I might need it in the future..

I am using this 12V cable between my AVR (Yamaha 1030) and a Parasound A-21 Amp. The A-21 requires a 2mm plug so I had to buy an adapter. In any event, this cable is built much better than the one I bought from Monoprice. It really isn't that much more expensive either. It works flawlessly. When I turn on my AVR, the A-21 turns on with in a second or two. Perfect.

This is a wel-built cable that will come in handy.

1) Use it as a 12V trigger cable between my Onkyo receiver and a separate power amplifier.2) Also use the cable (separate cable, of course) to pass IR signals from the Next Generation remote extender to receiver IR IN instead of an eye hanging in front. Doubled this with a Mono Jack Splitter Adapter to use a 3 eye IR emitter cable as well for other devices. Setup works great!

Cheap little cable.

Works great...well built and very reasonably priced. I usually buy from Monoprice and this was cheaper.

I use this cable for my hometheater installation , its amazing material, I use them as trigger cable, thank you for this product
