Easy to replace & good instrctions
I am very happy with the replacement ear bands for my earbuds. I've had these for seven years. I use them for work and mountain biking so they were heavily used. The instructions and the replacement pieces will enable me to use them hopefully for another few years. Not everything needs to be thrown away when it breaks; this is a great option to extend the life of an investment.

Great product
Worked perfectly.

Quick and easy. Watch video first
Very good and simple. Problem that the glue in the tube was already dried up and unusable. Great value too. Will probably just switch the other ear tip to balance it out and match them up for best fit.

Make sure you have your own super glue.
Didn’t come with glue and trying to get a refund just runs you in circles. I found my own glue and the hooks work fine. 1 star cause of the horrible customer care. As for the ease of the job, a small screwdriver or the plastic tool they actually managed to include will be enough to pry the casing away and access the inside. Be gentle with the wires and patient starting to unscrew and reinserting the screw and everything should work smoothly.

Everything you need to fix a broken hook
This kit was exactly as described and the instructions were detailed and correct. My Powerbeats fit perfectly now without a concern of a bud falling out of my ear.Just be prepared to do a little work in getting the old screw loose.

Adhesive was already hard in tube!
I followed the YouTube video I found and all went well until I tried to remove the screw inside - it was frozen and unremovable - someone must have really tightened that sucker down - but that's obviously not a problem caused by this product. I was able to make a modification that should work. BUT - when I tried to use the adhesive to reseal the headphone case, I discovered that the GLUE HAD ALREADY HARDENED IN THE TUBE. I even cut the tube open to verify this. Amazon said they would have problems sending a replacement (???? I understand they can't send just a tube of adhesive, but I could go on the site and order another whole kit right now), and they offered to "contact the seller" (made in China - good luck), who they said might take 4 days to respond. They finally gave me a refund and now I will need to find a local hobby shop to find a suitable adhesive (I don't want to epoxy it just in case I need to repair it again).

Pretty easy to change the earpiece loops
Pretty easy to change the earpiece loop. Watch YouTube video. Use heat gun (HOT hair dryer) to heat up case; pry open with Jeweler's screwdrivers or dental pick tool. Scrape off old glue from mating surfaces. Carefully peel back the layers until you can see the screw holding the earpiece end in the socket. Remove screw. Clean out old nub. Put in new earpiece in socket, screw it down. Use supplied SuperGlue E8000 on edge of case. Reinstall guts carefully. Put case back together; wipe off excess glue; and hold together with a clamp or 2 for a few hours. Loop is a little more flexible and a slight shape change from original, I like it better. Took me like 20 minutes to do it first time no experience at it.

No refunds
Product comes with tools that dont help with anything. I have a peice of my ear hook stuck in the bud. Would have been nice if there was a tool in the kit for that. Without it the whoke thing is useless. Oh, and you can't return it either. Beware.
