This is one of the best shampoos I have used for my natural hair. It really gets my hair clean without completely stripping it from oils. It is coconut shea moisture which a lot of people don't know but coconut is a natural antibacterial and it's on cleanser so having that in the shampoo just helps to give your hair an extra glow. I couldn't find it in stores so I came online and I got it from Amazon and I will definitely be getting more.

For 4C hair, the hold lasts approximately four hours. The product has a pleasant scent, and for hair types looser than 4C, it provides longer-lasting hold. There may be a small amount of white residue once the product dries, but it is generally minimal and not very noticeable, even the following morning. I have been using it a lot.

I love this stuff! My entire family-kids too-use it. Works amazing, great for all hair types, leaves hair clean, incredibly soft, and super shiny.

There’s a lot to love about this pudding soufflé! The scent is nice & doesn’t smell cheap for starters. It creates absolutely flawless, soft, bouncy curls in my 2C-3B mix of hair types. The curls last & hold at least 2 days. It washes out without multiple washes or the need for something heavy duty like a clarifying shampoo. It doesn’t dry out your hair. This pudding air dries in a reasonable amount of time & never causes any kind of flakes even on my blue black hair. It doesn’t build up on your scalp & cause dandruff either. My only real issue with this product is that I do have to use more of it to style my hair than I do similar products. As my hair is quite thick & well past my hips in length, a container only lasts me 4 uses at best. So I can easily go through 3-4 containers per month. I fully recognize that most folks do not have this much hair to style, but spending $50+ per month on just curl cream is kind of a pain.

After chemo and menopause my old white lady hair got so fine. I live in a dry environment. My natural curls now just sort of deflate within a few hours if I'm not using some kind of product. This stuff is easy to use. The hold is great. I start out with damp hair after washing or after a few spritzes of a salt spray when it's dry. It keeps the curls together all day long.

My hair likes this stuff. I didn’t need a lot and my curls popped! Smells good and non greasy. Great buy. Glad I tried it.

I liked this product and it worked well for my hair, but the increase from $11 to $25 - in a matter of months feels like price gouging. I'll be opting for a different product on principle.

I love this because it actually keeps my hair feeling amazing even after it has dried and I don't get the "fro" effect as much (as I used to with other products) even if it gets a bit windy. I used to use a curl product (see my other reviews) and would have dry crinkly hair after it dried out, which I thought was due to my not drinking enough water but after using this I realise now, I was just using the wrong product. This is a leave-in to believe in and it's all natural, so there is no caveat. You can use it on newly-cleansed hair or daily if you feel the need to tame your mane. I recommend this product for anyone who is struggling with going natural (chemical-free) and needs something that keeps their hair moisturised and does not cause a undue dryness once your hair is dry. I wet my hair every morning, and if I feel the need I apply some of this product, or if not I just put a shower cap on while I shower (so I don't wash out the good stuff in my hair) and then go about my day. I always apply it after cleansing my hair since this is when it needs the most conditioning and am always amazed how my hair feels and looks with just a small amount of this product. There are some who believe in applying a lot of product to tame their hair, but I am a minimalist and so when I can find a product that not only works well, but doesn't require a lot to work well, I treasure it. I am impressed with Eden Bodyworks solely because of this product, because honestly, I was not sure if it would be worth the try since I did not like how their conditioner in the shampoo/conditioner pair worked for my hair but I am so very glad I tried it.

Awful for my hair (MBL, relaxed, 3c/4b-z, fine, high density), left me like straw dried out for the barn in winter. She hated it. Relegated to leg shaving cream and overnight sock treatment for my feet. Thier Almond Marshmallow split end repair mask is my Holy Grail DC though 😍😍😍😍

I bought this product after reading great reviews about it on natural hair forums. Sadly it didn't work at all on my 2B-2C, low/medium porosity hair. Coconut and Shea created havoc on my hair and left is dry (hay like) and stringy. I should've known better, this product is for thick natural hair and was bound to make low porosity hair extremely dry and greasy.
