Flower Shape Silicone Chocolate Mold

This type of mold works best for solid chocolate candies that you can push out after the chocolate is set and hard. If you intend to fill your candies with nuts, creme, caramel, etc, you will need to form a hollow space by tapping out the excess chocolate while maintaining a thin layer/shell along the inside of each mold. Since this mold is made of silicone and is very flexible, it will be hard to exert the force needed to tap out the excess chocolate without destroying the thin layer of chocolate along the sides of each mold. If you want to make filled candies, you'd be better off with a hard plastic mold, not this one.

These are really cute flowers. They almost look like 4 leaf clovers though. I was surprised at how large the mold itself was. I thought it would be a lot smaller. A quarter almost fits into the center part of the mold. If you are wanting to determine size, I would say that each mold is slightly larger than a quarter.

I ordered this mold for soapmaking and though the mold is labeled as a flower, I was planning on using it to make snowflake embeds, since to me, the shape is similar to that of a snowflake.I have yet to actually use this mold, but it seems to be of very good quality and I have already ordered another...just waiting for my second one to arrive.

I bought these for some DIY projects and didn't read the dimensions well so they're really too small for what I wanted. But it's not with returning it and I'm sure I can come up with some use for it. The mold is of good quality and weight.

Very small molds and probably functional for making candy. I have a hard time popping my jellos out of these--they always stick or the jello falls apart by the time I'm able to force them out of the mold. Somewhat harder to clean due to the small cavity size. If you need something small and bite size, this mold may work well. If you want something larger and easier to use, skip this mold.

I bought this back in 2013 and when I got them I thought they were cheap junk. The silicone is thin and I thought it would tear. I am still using it to this day with no problems. Lately I have been making homemade gummies and it is the only mold that I can get the gummies to come out without tearing. I plan to buy more of these.

These are perfect to make small chocolate bites in. They are about the size of a quarter, but deep. I made chocolates with peppermint and wild orange essential oils in them and they turned out perfect! I originally was going to use them to make soaps, but they were too small. Great size to have at a party because they are bite size.

This "small" mould is very easy to use. The cavity is about 1/4 inch deep. The finish product are thick bite size pieces (you can control the thickness by not filling the cavity to the top). Once your chocolate has set, just "pop them out - no cracking or needing to pry the candy out of its mould. The service from the seller was great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MOULD.
