Samsonite Classic Leather Toploader Briefcase

Classy, well made with nice soft leather that does not mark up. Fits a lot of items, computer, paperwork, etc. I researched this pretty heavily and it was the best value and Amazon had the best price. Gave it to my guy, as a Christmas gift and he loves it. He travels weekly for work and this is much better than his old back pack.

I got this for mine and my husband’s third anniversary. He absolutely loves it! He has a job where he takes his laptop and accessories to work with him, so this is perfect for that. The quality is good and I really think this will hold up over time. Plus, it is supposed to fit over luggage handles, so it will be great for travel, too!

I bought this bag for my dad for Christmas as his old bag has finally given way, but it still works well. His old bag is also a Samsonite and he has probably had that for over 20 years. I'm hoping that this one will last as long, I'm sure it will, as I didn't know his last bag, which I've seen forever, was a Samsonite as well! I bought his this bag because his last one had a large zipper but open pockets on the outside. He lost his phone on a plane because he slid it in the flap on the outside, so to prevent that, I bought him this one with thr zippers EVERYWHERE! This bag has ample size, it feels great, smells great, is real leather for a great durability, has extra protection included since you do have zippers throughout, includes a strap for the shoulder or you can carry it as well. I feel as if this was the prefect upgrade for him, as I bought it so he could zip everything he put in there, up and secure his belongings. He loves it! It probably should have cost more, Samsonite is a great brand, it was real leather, and the durability is hard to beat.

Great bag. Professional and name brand, but not so expensive it makes you look like you’re trying too hard. Tons of pockets. Leather is a nice feel. Tan works with a dark or light suit.

I bought this bag for my husband and it was just whst he wanted.

I always take good care of my belongings. I saw reviews saying this bag isn’t durable but I thought oh they probably aren’t as careful as me. I could tell the zippers were a little flimsy when I first received the bag but thought it couldn’t be that bad. Low and behold I’ve only had this bag for 4 months and use it to carry my laptop from my car to the house/office and back and that isn’t even very often since I have a hybrid work from home schedule and already the zipper both separated from the teeth and the teeth are ripping off of the fabric. It’s a beautifully designed bag, but it just isn’t realistic to buy anything that lasts less than 4 months. I hope the manufacturer can improve the durability and come out with a new Vera because the size and aesthetic of this bag is perfect.

This is a well-crafted product as described. The interior is spacious with lots of compartments, making it suitable for someone who travels frequently between different locations, including a home office. The added strap to slide over luggage handles while traveling is a must-have feature. The only unanswered question is how well it will hold up over time.

I just purchased this, so haven't had a chance to really explore its use. but I wanted to make sure people purchasing this know that it does NOT come with a shoulder strap. Despite the product description, it does NOT have a shoulder strap included. Otherwise, it seems in fine shape, and I will edit this review in the future if I have more to contribute.

Fantastic and fair price for the quality

I use this bag as my “In case of Fire” tool. In it I keep a binder containing copies of all my important documents, my passports etc. My apartment building has experienced several emergencies, such as sprinkler leaks, so when I need to evacuate I grab my iPhone, iPad and MacBook and put them in the very useful compartments of this bag. There is even room for spare underwear/clothing. I feel extremely confident that having this with me covers most of my needs “just in case”

Pleasantly surprised by the slightly larger size and quality. Had been dithering for far too long but very pleased I got round to getting this (with a nudge from my wife ! ).

Great leather briefcase. Lots of space to carry laptop, iPad and iPhone plus other things you need when moving between working from home and in the office. Well crafted product, highly recommended.
