Absolute support delivers physician-prescribed elastic compression therapy guaranteed. Just like the big name "brands", we take 4-6 compression measurements at precise intervals between the ankle and end of garment. Multiple measurements guarantee our garments are comfortable and deliver an accurate distribution of the pressure gradient. Features: 1、Absolutes Advanced Comfort gives the stockings a cool feel Moves the moisture trapped on the skin to the outside of the stocking so evaporation and cooling can occur. 2、An exceptional combination of comfortable, stylish therapeutic leg wear. 3、Two Brilliant colors allow medical therapy to be fashionable with unparalleled sheerness without sacrificing durability. 4、The soft yarn construction makes UltraSheer easier to put on and take off. Note: It's imperative that the garment is washed after each use. Washing brings back the elasticity to the garment. We recommend to hand wash in warm water and air dry. You can a use mild soap. Mix the water with your hand to circulate the soap. After soaking, gently rub the stockings to remove dirt and oil. Squeeze them out and rinse to remove any soap. Be sure to squeeze them gently and do not pull the stockings. Rinse socks/sleeves out until all soap is removed.. Hang dry. Do not place near heat. Do not wring them out, as it may damage the way the compression socks/sleeves is woven.

Nice and tight
Nice and tight!! Stay up, but the elastic digs in my leg at the top at night. However, I have to wear them for 48 hours, including sleeping, due to a procedure. Been wearing them for over 24 hours now and they aren't falling down at all. Do what they are supposed to .I am 5'8" and 130-135 lbs. Got a medium

Best I've Ever Used
I wear a compression stocking daily on a leg I injured in 1995. The injury caused severe DVT with lasting scarring and circulation problems. I've used several brands, a couple of different mmHg ratings, open toe, closed toe, different types of bands at the top, etc. These are by far the most effective and the most comfortable. They stay up, they allow me to wear shoes comfortably and to go barefoot. They can be hidden under slacks and jeans. They don't bind at the ankle. They don't pinch around the top. All other brands made it uncomfortable to bend my knee for any length of time, like sitting cross-legged or when asleep. I just figured I had to keep my leg straight forever. To my amazement, these allow me to sit however I like and I don't wake up with pain in my lower leg if I've bent my knee while sleeping. Wish I'd found these years ago. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I did order a larger size and was able to pull them very high up under my bra so that I could wear them comfortably.
These have been a lifesaver. I had ordered two separate pairs one black and one nude after I had a vascular ablation surgery. I had difficulty with standard compression hose being that I am highly allergic to the rubber silicone that is used to keep the hose up. As well my surgery incisions were very high up on my thigh so I had to have the entire leg covered. This product absolutely fit the bill. While it is a pain to have to wear pantyhose and have two legs covered and compression for over a month it was well worth it to not have to deal with this rash on my leg. These have been a lifesaver. Awesome compression leggings...wrong size
These are not cheap by any means. They are superior in quality for sure. Much thicker and stronger than those used at surgical centers/hospitals. The grips are wide and hold them up firmly; no rolling. The only problem is sizing. I read every review and the sizing chart. Unfortunately, few of the reviews mentioned actual height and weight. I am 5’4, 165-170lbs. I ordered the XL and they are too long. I am going to keep them, fold the extra material under my toes and make them work though because I have no choice. I just had hip replacement surgery and I need them now. I will order them in a large though because I don’t believe I will find another pair that will beat the quality of these. My Physical Therapist just left and was so impressed with them that she is going to order some for herself (she works long hours and says they help support her feet and legs).

Not what I expected
At first glance, these looked wonderful. First things first, they are extremely hard to get pulled up. It's like trying to get a cooked sausage back in it's casing. Second, my nails which are short poked holes and caused runs. This was from the struggle of getting them on. Third, there's little to no compression in the foot part. Lastly, they're really long. They go ALL the way up if you know what I mean. The fact that I ran out of leg is why they stopped, which interfers with compression. It does say I can return them no matter what, but at this point of rips and getting foot stains from floor and shoes, it's not worth my time or effort. Afterall, I am on a swollen ankle/foot. Im new to edema. I thought this was a sound purchase, boy was I wrong.

Good for pregnancy, but def check measurements!
I bought these because I'm 7 months pregnant and work on my feet for 9 hrs a day (not including housework). I started getting varicose veins on my upper calf and mid thigh, in addition to some lovely bright red, hot feet at the end of the day. I have previously worn compression thigh highs following vein treatment, but they were higher rated compression and a smaller size, so I opted for a new pair. I found the instructions for putting them on very easy to follow. I followed the method shown and hand no problem putting them on at all. The band at the thigh was adequately tight, but does not pinch. They sit snugly below my buttcheeks and give me a crazy looking bubble butt. Paired with a long shirt, it's no problem. They do work fantastically, and my legs are not longer swollen and tired at the very end of my day.

Great stockings!
I absolutely love these stockings! I have pretty bad lymphedema in my whole leg due to getting my lymph nodes removed in my groin and upper thigh. I have Melanoma. I have been having issues finding the stockings my physical therapist told me to get. They fit perfect and don't slide! Recommend for sure!!-Erics wife, Amanda
