Will block or divert water. Very good product.
These are great and do as described. Used in a recent rain event and kept water away from the area needed. They take awhile to expand and will take a long time to dry out and inflate but can then be rolled up again when flat.

Cannot say enough good things. We went through record breaking rainfall. These helped to direct the water away from the house.

These things are magic!
I bought these because my lanai floods a bit during rainy season in Florida. I have to say I am surprised by how well these work. They absorb the water and somehow it just stays inside without the surface of the things becoming wet. They expand and puff up and then just stay put blocking more water. I am leaving them in place until the end of the season and will just step over the 3 inch height after they have absorbed water. They say it takes them a long time to dry out, but I don't care because they work! And they are affordable! Very light weight and easy to place.
