American singer-songwriter Rachel Platten releases her 'Fight Song' EP, which features the Top 3, Platinum hit of the same name! In college, I used it as a theme for one of my papers and after I began to teach, I used it when portraying women literary characters. When I first heard Platten's "Fight Song," I thought, this has got to be a great song. The more that I heard it, the more I saw its possibilities. I looked up the lyrics and realized that I had a new theme for portraying women who overcome and for my life as I transition to the next challenge. My CD arrived--although the case was broken--and I put it into my Bose and enjoyed it as I cleaned house. I played it over and over until I was able to sing along with it--I know that disappointed my neighbors! Then, I put it in my car for my trip the next day. I have found a new theme song! "This is my fight song!" Review: I really love this CD - I really love this CD. It's so energetic and a great start to my day. My 13 yr old daughter loves it too. She just asked me to play the Fight Song. Lol. I am not sure why others said this album isn't very good except Fight Song. I think all the songs are really fun. If there are any short comings to this album is that it is a shorter CD. But that could be why it is being sold at such a great price. Take a chance and buy it. It truly is,a lively up beat album worth listening to.

A Perfect Theme for the Women Who Is Overcoming

I really love this CD
I really love this CD. It's so energetic and a great start to my day. My 13 yr old daughter loves it too. She just asked me to play the Fight Song. Lol. Early arrival
I liked everything about it. It arrived early. The sound was super! They even included a note thanking me and asking me to leave feedback. I know that thanks and leave feedback is standard for companies but theirs felt personal - good vibrations from the 60s. (sorry - I'm a baby boomer.) Amazon picked a really good company.

Got it for "FIGHT SONG" . It is a perfect song for cancer survivors and fighters as I am.

Wonderful cd
Love this! Heard it on TV and knew it would be perfect for my granddaughter. Sent it to her, told her it reminded me of her. And yes, she loved it.

What an amazing singer. We saw her as an opening act ...
What an amazing singer. We saw her as an opening act at a local festival and let me tell you, she had me wanted to hear more of her. I love what Rachel has to say and she is someone that is going places. Get this EP - you won't be sorry.

I love the songs that are on the cd so not ...
For the price I thought I was getting a full cd of songs not just four. My fault for not reading more about the cd that was being offered. I love the songs that are on the cd so not disappointed there.
