First condenser mic -- happy with experience thus far
I have been using this condenser mic for 2 months now, both for work and play, and overall I am happy with the results. Compared to my laptop's built-in mic, which I had used for 90% of my work calls, it is a night and day difference. My voice is clear and the tonal range is vastly expanded. I stand out on conference calls because I just sound different from my colleagues who sound muffled because they are mostly on their laptop mic or cheap work-issued headsets. Now that I know that the laptop mic is absolutely terrible, I wanted to see how a condenser mic compares to my V-Moda Headset w/ the Boom Pro mic (which I use mostly for gaming) and the Apple Airpods Pro which is what I use when away from the home office. In terms of sound quality, the condenser mic sounds the best. The clarity stands out and the included windscreen and pop filter just make my voice sound crisp and articulate. The V-Moda Boom Pro comes in a close second, which I was surprised by. Since it lacks a windscreen or pop filter, it picks up and overamplifies the 'b' and 'p's in my speech. The Airpods Pro comes in third because while it's clear, it sounds a little artificial, like if some post-processing filtering was done to get it there. Interestingly, the Airpod Pros work much better comparatively in noiser settings as its post-processing can remove ambient background noise pretty effectively. As for the negatives of the IKEDON condenser mic, it comes with very little instruction on how to properly use it. For instance, the microphone is directional but there's no documentation or label to say which side it should face to get the best sound pickup -- I'm assuming it's the logo side. The placement of the USB cable at the bottom of the mic makes it a bit hard to properly route the cable through the stand. The stand that comes with the unit is a bit wobbly but I'm still glad they included it. Lastly, I'm a bit surprised by how close my V-Moda Boom Pro mic came to its sound quality but at a fraction of the condenser mic's size and weight. I suspect that the higher end condenser mics will sound much better than this. However, at the end of the day, I'm satisfied with the mic and the improvements it made to my conference calls. It's half the cost of the more well-known brands and it came with a lot of extras, like the stand and pop filter, that others would charge for. It even made me like and appreciate my voice.

Great Mic for the Price
The IKEDON USB Condenser Microphone is a great choice for anyone who needs a high-quality microphone for recording vocals, podcasts, or other audio content. One of the standout features of this microphone is its plug-and-play design. Simply connect it to your computer's USB port and you're ready to start recording. The IKEDON microphone also boasts a cardioid polar pattern, which means that it picks up sound from the front of the microphone while rejecting sound from the sides and rear. This makes it ideal for recording vocals or other single-source audio content. Additionally, the microphone has a built-in pop filter, which helps to reduce plosives and other unwanted noise. Another great thing about the IKEDON microphone is its adjustable stand. The stand is designed to be sturdy and durable, and it allows you to adjust the height and angle of the microphone to suit your needs. Additionally, the stand has a 360-degree swivel, which makes it easy to position the microphone exactly where you want it. The sound quality of the IKEDON microphone is excellent. It has a wide frequency response range and a high sensitivity, which means that it can capture a lot of detail and nuance in your recordings. Whether you're singing, podcasting, or recording a voiceover, the IKEDON microphone will make your voice sound clear and crisp. Overall, the IKEDON USB Condenser Microphone is a fantastic choice for anyone who needs a high-quality microphone for recording audio content. Its plug-and-play design makes it easy to use, its cardioid polar pattern and built-in pop filter help to reduce unwanted noise, and its adjustable stand allows you to position it exactly where you need it. If you're in the market for a new microphone, the IKEDON USB Condenser Microphone is definitely worth considering!

Great Mic with Clear Audio
At less than $50 this mic is an amazing value. Crisp, clear audio, solid build quality, and easy to set up. No fiddling around with drivers or installers either, it works within seconds of plugging it in. Some complaints on here about it sounding "distant" are typically from not being close enough to the mic, if you have this problem try keeping your mouth within a foot from the mic and speaking at normal conversational levels. I found omitting the foam cover from the mic itself and only using the pop filter was ideal for audio quality and clarity here. The kit comes with everything you would expect, scissor arm, desk mount, double layer pop filter, foam windscreen, USB cable, and of course the mic itself. The mic feels premium in hand, no rattling or high tolerances. The stand is easy to set up and adjust on the fly, while still being sturdy and keeping its place after accidental bumps. Mic was recognized quickly by various games, discord, and FL studios, so it should be suitable for whatever you intend on using it for. Overall, I would highly recommend this as a first mic whether for streaming, gaming, recording, podcasts, etc. You cant go wrong with it for the price its offered at.

Solid all in one package microphone - Gain is just really low
I had never heard of this brand before or seen any reviews of this microphone before. It came one day early in a plain simple box. After opening everything and setting everything up, I found that it was pretty good. It wasn't world class or anything but was simple and worked as advertised. It has a pretty nice arm and mount and only took around 20 minutes to get working. The audio was much better than my laptop. The only thing I wish this also had was an XLR output but USB is very versatile and straightforward to use. The only complaint I have is with the with the pop filter. It is very awkward to attach on and doesn't feel right when it's finally in place. Thankfully, I don't really need it so it doesn't affect me too much. Overall, great beginner package to get started with audio recording especially during this time when you are at home. I plan on using it for instrument recording as well as twitch streaming so glad to be able to upgrade my setup!

Worked fine until it didn't.
The mic is good for it's price. The quality was good, it sounded better than my headset mic. The arm is a bit odd, but it sufficed - worked as intended. Not many complaints there. I'd often find that it shifted a little from when I turn the arm towards and away from me. I purchased it in November 2020 and around two, three months ago (March 2021), Windows occasionally has difficulty recognizing the device. I'm not sure why; I don't unplug it unless I need to. It's plugged in firmly with a plenty of slack in the cable and not many places for it to get caught. I tried plugging it in to a different computer and it had the same issue. Unplugging and plugging the cable back in often doesn't work either.

Everything you need and more
I was NOT happy with the audio quality from my webcam while doing meetings or classes online. I figured I could even step up my gaming set up too. I've seen "gamers" and podcast people with MUCH more expensive kits that would be absolute overkill for me. I saw this one that includes the arm the filter thing and the microphone and I figured I'd give it a shot. MAN! I'm a happy camper. It's more compact than I expected, maybe I just had a bad impression from seeing other peoples videos. But it showed up nicely packed with no damage in just a couple of days. Setup was SUPER easy. just clamp the arm to the desk (fits my thing 2" desk from ikea), run the wire to the back of your computer, mount the mic in the holder and the holder to the arm and plug the wire in. That's it, you're up and running. One mistake I did make was speaking into the top of the microphone. I thought it was a problem, but then I realized it was much better when I spoke into the side of it. At first I thought it was weird, but what do I know, it works perfectly. With it only taking sound like that it's much harder to hear my keyboard while I'm in a meeting or gaming. I'm definitely happy. $80 bucks doesn't usually get you this much. I know I've seen just the arms for like $30 in other listings. This was one item and DONE! Get yours

Very good but not great
Overall, I really like this microphone. It produces very solid sound quality and is at a great price for the value, in my opinion. I host a podcast and we recently added a third mic so I needed an additional microphone and wanted something that is all in one. The boom stand is trash. It's a very cheap, low quality boom that will bounce. I had the exact same boom before so I know what I was getting. It's serviceable, don't get me wrong, but you'll want to upgrade when you can. The pop filter does exactly what it should and holds solid. I have no complaints with the pop filter itself. I did however use the microphone without the pop filter (with the wind screen on) and it was very breathy, so I recommend holding the mic about 8-12" away from your face with the pop filter half way between. The wind screen seems to do fine. I haven't tried the microphone without for comparison. The microphone itself seems solidly built and produces pretty good quality. Is it professional quality? No quite - but close with the right setup. I still prefer my Blue Yeti but, for a fair amount less this is a solid alternative that I wouldn't hesitate to buy again... Oh yeah, I did buy again. Thank you prime day!

Great For The Price
This microphone really exceeded my expectations. Sold for only 50 dollars while most mics would go for around 100-200 dollars. Really good for the price.
