1/8-Inch (3mm) Black Heavy Stretch Round String Elastic Cord (Cut of 10 Yards)

I really only needed a yard of this elastic cord, but this was such a great price. It is very durable, just the color that I needed, a works perfectly for what I needed it for.

I know bungee string isn’t typically used for this, but it worked amazingly for my leggings! The waist was always too big while the rest fit perfectly, so I weaved this string through the waistband and tied it off. Now they fit just right! The stretch and durability are great, and it was super easy to do. Definitely a creative solution for a perfect fit!

Good quality and works great! I would buy again, but it is enough to last a long time!

The gauge is smaller than I had hoped but it’s still a nice product. I with the gauge was shown in inches instead of mm.

This is exactly what I needed for my repair project.

DO NOT use it in anything that will be put into a washer and dryer. I was very impressed by how elastic this cord was at first. I used it to replace the cloth tie in the waste band of my most comfortable pair of joggers and was quite happy until after I tried to wear the pants after the first wash cycle and found I could not pull them on. The new cord no longer stretched anywhere near as much as it had when I first used it.
