I purchased these handles for the makeover of an old dresser with very ornate hardware. As I progressed through the project, I had great difficulty finding replacement hardware with the same center-hole measurements. These flexible handles were the perfect solution! I simply bent them so that their pre-drilled holes lined up with the holes in the drawer faces, and attached them with decorative brass screws found at my local hardware store. The entire look of the piece is transformed from ornate French Provincial to something more masculine and suitable to the space it will occupy. The handles arrived very nicely package and a further bonus to me is that they were stitched in the village of Antigua, Guatemala, where I once was a Spanish language immersion student. The town still holds a spot in my heart over 20 years later, and I am glad to support the local economy there! I will surely look for other Hide & Drink leather products to order. Highly recommended.

I am shocked by the top of the line quality - thick, well made, beautiful! I had gotten some leather handle pulls from IKEA for my wardrobe but was worried they would look used/wear after a few months when I put my house on the market. So in lieu of a long drive back to Ikea to get another few pairs, i bought these on amazon. Google the creator "Hide and Drink" - these are such incredible/upscale quality that they should be 3x the cost. They are 5x nice then the IKEA leather pulls (which i really liked, too). One of the best purchases I have made on Amazon.

Used as drawer pulls on nightstands for a mountain cabin. Very impressed with the quality. Sturdy, thick leather. Would definitely recommend. For reference, the holes in the drawers are 5-1/4” (135mm) apart. There is plenty of room to grab the pull. I don’t think I’d want the holes much closer together or the handle gap would stick out too far. Those of you looking for drawer hardware... HD calls it a“binding post”. Amazon calls it a “binding screw”. Hope that helps some!

Appears well made. Fits well. Complements looks of a refinished trunk. Would prefer if it were 1 or 2mm thicker, but not really a problem.

These were a great match to replace the old handles on my steamer trunk.

I used these straps on some wicker baskets and omg does it make them look way more expensive!! Such great quality for the price. I’m so pleased with my purchase. 10/10 recommend.

Purchased these pulls for use on an ukulele case build. Used one pull as a handle for the case, and one as a hold down for the neck of the ukulele on the inside of the case (see pictures). The straps are well made and will do the job of a handle pull or similar use. NOTE: I also tried to use a strap as the support for the lid, but it was too long and too stretchy. I ended up purchasing H&D's "Rustic Durable Thick Leather Strap - 3.5 mm 3/4 in. Wide 72 in. long)" and cut it to size. (see picture). It works great! Seems that this company offers good quality.

These look amazing and are nice to grab in the kitchen! I used 20mm brass chicago screws, and they are very secure (I put a patina on them so they are not so shiny). I also sealed/waterproofed the leather to make them easier to clean. They totally change the look of my plain slab cabinets! The stitching is a very nice detail on the leather. We'll see how they wear in the kitchen, but they seem up for the job:-)
