My son popped off the gray part likek what you hold to slide the blade and i cant find it do they have those ? Or do i just need to purchase a new one

I am not exactly sure what you are asking. The blade does not come with that little gray ”handle”. You could search parts and I would assume they might sell that too.

How old are the old trimmers that these blades do not fit. Not sure how to know if these will fit my cricut trimmer.

The whole blade assembly fits into the older trimmer. There is a little play, but it works. Does anyone sell the entire blade assembly for the 2002675?

Is there a way to sharpen these blades?

For the original trimmer blades, I've used a sanding block and managed to sharpen them but they're never as smooth/precise as they were out of the package.
