Perfect fit for a Jetson hoverboard
We bought this for my daughter's Jetson hoverboard and it fits perfectly! The straps do not move and she is able to use it with ease. We're very happy with it and will order another one for my son's hoverboard when one becomes available.

Terrible Product
What you pay for is what you get. The frame is so low that it sits unbalanced on the board, the Velcro straps are poorly made and break easy. Pay more and go for the better Jetson Kart Frame with large wheel on the front and springs on the side levers. That one is a superb product, avoid this one.

It broke my hoverboard
Ever since I attached to the hoverboard my hoverboard no longer works…sad

NOT UNIVERSAL!
This is not a universal add on. When I called their service line they said oh it’s universal to all jetson hoverboards. What? That’s not what I took universal to mean. The base that straps your hoverboard in is NOT ADJUSTABLE and yet there is absolutely nothing on the box to say what width it can accommodate. Measure your hoverboard if it’s not a jetson hoverboard before you buy. My son was very disappointed when he opened his Christmas gift.

Delivery time was awesome. Product defective and products customer service was repulsively poor!!! Will NOT recommend nor make future purchases from Jetson Products!!!
