SnowRunner - PS4 (PS4)

Planning your route, navigating the terrain, winching your way out of a boggy mess en route to your destination where rewards allows for numerous truck upgrades. There is something very addictive and rewarding to this game but be warned, it is a real time drain. Starting out I thought it was taking me a long time to achieve very little, the game is unforgiving to a casual, unplanned jaunt while always remaining fair. Things got more productive once I only stuck to the first map until I had accumulated enough cash to buy and upgrade numerous trucks. Other tips I would recommend is to focus on repairing bridges and removing road obstacles, these missions make navigating the map much easier, providing more straight forward options to get from A to B. Graphics are excellent, the lighting is particularly effective however it is the physics of the game, the way your truck responds to the terrain, the resistance of trees and branches you attach the winch to, that really stands out. I love this game but fully appreciate it is not for everyone. I have limited free time and use gaming to relax, I enjoy slower paced, single player games (though online modes are available) that rewards you without too much hand holding. This game ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended

Superb game, very realistic simulator and great graphics. It's a slow paced game, but strangely relaxing and good fun to play. If you like driving sims with a more realistic adventure feel to it, then you will love this! If you enjoyed the TV show 'Ice Road Truckers' you will absolutely love this! Only thing I could possible say to improve on but it doesn't really detract from the game, is the clunky way of moving between countries and bringing your vehicles with you. Apart from that, looking forward to the next gen version of this game on PS5!

Very enjoyable game, but one very disturbing problem, the ps4 version at the moment dont support the wheel and pedals to play, its ok with the controller but when you spend a lot of money to play this with the wheel and when you connect everything and realize it does not work, makes you very disappointed. Dont buy wheel for this game, because it is not working with.

An amazing title like nothing else.

Its a fun game, pretty relaxed in general. But I t’s a slow starter and some of the UX/UI is really poor. Like, missions have endpoints that don’t resolve when you reach them unless you picked up the stupid paper somewhere else on the map. Sometimes it’s just super unintuitive. Stack that with bugs and you have a dilemma. I’m sure it’s more fun with friends, but at £40 a pop there’s better multiplayer out there.

Great game if you like this sort of thing. It's a very slow grind though and can definitely get a bit tedious at times. I like more fast paced games so although it wasn't right up my street i still enjoy it whenever I fancy getting down and dirty with it!!

Amazing game the graphics are the best ive ever seen on console. It a very slow based game hours of fun. The only problem I've found is that if you mess up a mission you cant reset it so that everything gets put back at the start. But don't let that put off wanting to get it its still avery good game. If you like ice road truckers you will love this 10/10.i think the reason you can't reset stuff is to make the game more realistic still a very good game.

Das Spiel ist ein Lieferdienst Spiel bzw Frachten Simulation und kein Rennspiel aufgrund des Namens Runner. Man kann verschiedene Fahrzeuge erwerben Anhänger erwerben diese auch Tunen mit besseren Reifen Motoren usw. Hat eine schicke Grafik, Gameplay ist gut, ist halt ein Spiel mehr zum Abschalten vom Altag. Mir gefällt es sehr Gut, ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Geschmack aber wirklich verkehrt macht man mit diesem Titel auch nicht. Sonst sollten sich die Leute halt mal auf YouTube Gameplay des Spiels anschauen ob es was für sie ist oder nicht.
