Worked as hoped. Claims seem spot on.
I have the lacrosse style pain relief balls and they are helpful in many areas. However, I do have very tight hip flexors from sitting all day working from home and doing daily jogs. The combination recently has brought out some issues in my lower back. I know the pain is not necessarily originating from where I feel the discomfort because I can stretch my quads and hamstrings and feel relief. Recently I have bought some different trigger point tools and balls to help with the issue and they all have been good in there own way. I am overall pleased with my arsenal. However, I also know my hip flexors have issues and that I have not been hitting them well with what I have. So eventually I came across this ball. Overall, I feel that the ball helps me a lot. I think the bigger size does in fact get deeper into the problem areas around the hip flexors. I also feel that it helps find those areas too since it compresses a little and has a bit wider footprint. I can also use it to help with other areas, despite it not being too hard, but I think this still applies a good amount of overall pressure. I am not a small guy, so this ball does compress a bit when I use it, but it still helps the area I am working on. I like also using it to roll my upper gluts over and really help find the trouble areas quickly. If I was going away on vacation and could take only one ball, I would take this one. It is lighter than the lacrosse balls that I have (this one about 64 grams on my scale and one of my lacrosse style balls is 144 grams), but it does take more space due to the increased size. My main issue is the price. I think this reminds me of those Shark Tank products where you find out how little it costs to get from overseas and they sell it for a crazy amount of more money. For what this product really is when you hold it, you are pretty sure that you overpaid..... a lot. With that said, it is helping me at the moment and if it lasts for a long time I might be able to forgive the price. I don't know if there are any other similar-sized products out there for a cheaper price, but I do know this one seems to help as it claims and I am overall very happy with it.

Only wish I tried it sooner
Worth it! Pregnancy made my hip Extremely tight/painful and was causing lower back and knee pain. This ball has been great at releasing the tension. I’ve used tennis and lacrosse balls before and tried a hip hook, but this is way better! I wish I’d tried it sooner.

Good, but slippery
This works pretty well. The size and firmness are good for releasing both hip flexors and glutes. But, The texture is smooth and slippery and it often slips out of place and rolls across the room, so I have to get up and chase it down. I prefer the more textured yoga tune up balls (the larger size) because it’s easier to keep them in place.

This is very great item to have in your tool kit for bodywork!
Finally a right size ball with the right amount of hardness to hit more spots than other massage/fascia release tool. I’ve had over 30 years of mechanical dysfunction in legs/ pelvis, and rib cage dysfunction and I’ve bought many tools, but this one is better for more things than

Specific and Detailed Instructions Needed
I really like the ball but I can see other customers saying a tennis ball works just as well. This ball is the perfect size, has the correct resistance, and is good for releasing tight muscles. However, I think detailed and specific instructions are needed to justify the cost and to ensure the customer knows where to position the ball so the muscle/s will actually release. Without this information, they may feel scammed. I know I would have felt this way and returned the item. Also, including a link to a YouTube video demonstrating its proper use is another easy way to help customers justify the cost.

Very helpful!
I’ve started a collection of foam rollers and massage tools since I hit my 40’s. This by far is the most versatile that I’ve encountered! The selling point for me was that it was the best one for self-myofascial release of my hip flexors (has been tight for YEARS)! I’ve also been able to successfully use this massage ball for relieving tightness in my upper & lower back, my piriformis, upper traps and pecs. I also use it for gentle strengthening of my posterior neck muscles and working on my SIJ issues. Long story short, (besides the fact that I’m an old lady in dire need of this tool!) this massage ball gave me the best bang for my buck of all the massage tools I’ve tried over the yrs, AND with excellent results/ease of use! Thank you to the creators of this product - regaining mobility and decreasing pain (in your own home & time) is such a valuable thing to have as you get older!

I wasn't sure about this but as the pain in my hip had been driving me insane I thought I would give it a try. It works. It's expensive but it has saved me many physio sessions and can use it whenever the pain starts again. Great tool!

Less painful than lacrosse ball. Great for rolling the glutes too.

For something as simple as this..it really works. No doubt about it. I followed YouTube video instructions and the videos helped a lot. It hurts at 1st but after 2 to 5 mins per sides, I can feel instant release and relief..I didn't had any sciatica pain for weeks ..miracle..many years of pain gone in just 15 to 20 mins . Dont need chiropractor anymore.
