Great GF bread for me
I haven't tried any bread in over 20 yrs, due to gut pain. I was impressed that this GF bread had no eggs and no yeast. I toasted a slice and added sunflower seed butter and applesauce. I enjoyed the sour taste coming through. And no gut pain! I put each slice in it's own sandwich wrap and froze them all. I pull out one at a time, so no mold has opportunity to grow.

Great quality of ingredients
I don't eat gluten and this bread has been a lifesaver. You have to consider it's a gluten free "sourdough" bread, so if you expect to to be like the gluten version, it won't be. Also the bread MUST be toasted (at least a little), and after that it's tastes great. What really sold me was the ingredients list... From someone trying to eat clean, non processed and healthy... This is the best bread option! Of course there are other GF breast that taste closer to non GF commercial bread, but their ingredients suck!!! (Gums, added sugars, etc).

Don't want seed oil in my organic bread.
Why seed oil it's not healthy I am looking for a healthy bread. Organic bread with seed oil don't go together.

Much better than expected - will buy again!
I am pleasantly surprised by this bread. It has a true whole-grain bread texture and a good taste. It takes a little longer to toast than normal bread, but with my restricted diet, I am grateful this bread contains no unwanted ingredients or fillers, feels and acts like bread, and is very tasty. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. I keep it in the freezer to retain its freshness. My only complaint is the price (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). I wish it had a subscribe and save option so I could save a little on future purchases, because I will be buying this bread again.

This is a SMALL loaf of bread with a big price -
The bread was good - a definite sourdough flavor. But I was shocked when it arrived (but thankful for the delivery!) and I saw that it was so small. I didn't count the number of slices, but 15 slices or less.

Best Gluten Free Bread
This is the only bread I want to eat and tastes better than any other gluten free bread that I have tried. I like the thin, moist tasty slices that toast up nicely and I don't feel at all deprived. Even if I were not gluten sensitive, I would choose this bread.

Loved this bread, just wish they could get the price lower, then I would def buy 2-3 loaves at a time.
