How much area will this product cover?

It would depend on your solution. My ratio is 1 part acid to 5 parts water ... using a spray bottle. I figure this will easily cover the area of a 3/2 1500sq ft exterior. So it’s hard to say... what’s your ratio?

will this remove aritficial snow on brick ... sprayed from a can .. tree flocking material

Yes I’m sure it will work but this is a very strong masonry cleaner, be sure to dilute with water to protect damaging the masonry.
