Exactly as described.
While the bra is exactly as described, there is no way I will be able to put it on by myself while I have a sling in place. But, at least it fastens in the front. The fit is perfect!

Worked well for post shoulder surgery
Used this for post shoulder surgery and it was great. The sizing was on point and it made it easy for my family to help me in and out of it. Only complaint I have is that the velcro tends to push through a little a irritate the skin. Other than that I was happy with the purchase.

Serviceable but not flattering
This bra works to provide some support if you are in a position in which you have limited use of an arm due to a fracture or shoulder surgery or some other medical procedure. The velcro closure is easier to fasten than front hooks, but is also rather bulky. It is serviceable while I am unable to wear a normal bra, but it is not flattering, essentially flattening the breasts into a uniboob. Depending upon your situation, you may find this useful.
