Love these lights!
I think this is my 3rd order of these lights; we like them that much. They stay charged forever it seems. And bright? Oh man, these things will blind you at night on full power. I really like that you can turn the light on and off without having to cycle through all the modes like on many other LED flashlights. Hint: One press to turn on, and one long press to turn directly off. Drives me crazy to have to cycle through the flashing function to turn a light off. Nothing like calling attention to your location for miles around. Light is quality and HD aluminum construction and they are weatherproof. I haven't tried to see if you can submerge one, but there's a cover over the charging port to keep rain out. I've had them out all night in the pouring rain and never had one give out. They do get hot if you leave them on for a long time, so do be aware of this. And they are EXTREMELY bright, so don't shine directly into eyes. (Duh, I know). For the price, these lights are a great deal and I highly recommend.

Very bright, in a small size
The media could not be loaded. Very bright. My dog leash used to have a small light, but it has stopped working. So I needed something so I could clean up after, without stepping in anything. This is so bright! It lights up my pup and the surrounding area! Our old light was actually really dim, and you had to have it aimed exactly at what you wanted to see. I added a string to the clip, so now I can throw it around my neck or wrist when I go out. I like that you plug it in to recharge rather than always stocking up on batteries, not sure how long it will hold a good charge but plugging it in overnight is not a big deal to me. Very happy. One click to rotate through the options, or just do a long press to turn off. The flashing signal could be a warning signal to cars.Update: I use this flashlight daily for my pups night time potty break. I leave it on the strongest light. I have never lost a charge yet. Never noticed it has gotten dull either. I usually plug it on Sunday night. Last week I was away, so I skipped my charge and still got thru the week. So I am happy with the power consumption!

Surprisingly good at what it does!
I use these when I'm up on a ladder, inspecting some controllers or electronics, and this flashlight, despite being pretty generic overall, has been surprisingly good!Pros:Magnetic base - this guy sticks well to conduit, I-beams, panel doors, even the lid on my grill with no problem!COB Side light - nice and bright, good covering illumination! I had to look up what COB meant, (chip on board), but that doesn't keep it from being a great light.Cons:Battery - The included battery is pretty generic, and doesn't last long at all. I wondered what its mAh rating was, but all it says is "LED 18650 3.7V", which honestly is a little weird. I mean, the battery doesn't have any LEDs on it at all. Then I realized it felt a bit light compared to other 18650 batteries I own. In the pictures attached to this post, the bettery that comes with this flashlight (the black and red one) weighs in at 34g. my Nitecore 18650, 2400mAh battery is 46g.Charging port cover - this tiny piece of rubber will definitely tear off in no time, feels flimsy.Main LED - generic at best, I'd have to get a light meter, but I'd be amazed if it actually did 1000 lumens. It's OK, though, pretty comparable to most cheap LED lights with the little slide zoom / focus lens that they come with.Overall: Good for everyday use in rough environments where you know you'll bang it up, drop it and probably replace it in a few months to a year, glad it comes in a 2 pack!! Great value for the price!

Flash light
05/20/23:Ive purchased this item 5 times... thats 10 lights. All lights came with a battery... orange/black. I have watched the price climb as time went on... as I bought the next pair. I liked these lights so much that I gave them out as christmas gifts. The light switch lights green or red. Green while its on. Green when its charged. Red blinking when its about to go out/battery dying. Red light when charging that switches to green when charged. This light has a high beam, low beam, side light, and strobe? Which is not a strobe... its an S O S. This light has a belt clip and a magnet on its base which makes it useful. You have to learn the on/off switch. Its not a simple on/off. Press on, each press after its on goes through the different light modes all the way back to off. Or... once on, to turn off hold the button continuiously till the light goes off. This way you dont have to go through all the light modes if you want it off. I am an industrial maintenance mechanic and have field tested this light. As I really started to use these lights I started to have issues with charging and the light staying on. Some of them new right out of the box. When you turn it on you wont know if this is the time it will stay on or go out within mins or seconds. Pressing the on button again only repeats the same response, if it even comes on. I even replaced the battery thinking that would fix things. It did not. The light and charging system has issues. Lights are not truly dependable... they will fail you! The light will go out.Charging these lights is sometimes short while other times extremely long. Ive had it on charge as long as 2 days. Then continues to have the same problems. A green light doesnt mean its charged... and a red light doesnt mean its charging.I charged the light all day yesterday ( the charge light wouldnt turn green ) then tried to use it last night... it would not stay on when turned on. Then wouldnt come on again. I got so mad I bounced it off the floor. It came appart into 3 pieces. Was it the battery? Nope... I put the battery into another light and it worked fine.Blue/black battery is a replacement... original is orange/black.This would be a great light if these 2 issues were fixed. I will not buy another untill these issues are corrected.FYI: Its not the 5 star reviews you need to read... its the 1 & 2 star reviews that really say whats going on with a product, the seller, and manufacturer.
